Sorry to hear people are sick and having various issues. It sucks doesn't it, especially as we're probably all really busy this time of year.
I agree, Jablea, probably start a new thread so you can invite others to join. I'll be there, haven't reached my goal yet, plus I like the connection and the encouragement I find here. It's great that we hung in here all year long, thank you very much for coming up with this thread several years ago!
Lost exactly 1 lb. this week. I'm off for a short family visit on Friday, arriving back on Christmas Day. So I will check in, but won't be able to weigh myself. Probably wouldn't want to either because I'm sure I'll be up next week! |

I'm up slightly again this week but since I haven't been walking combined with going slightly over my burn total most days I'm not surprised. I have decided I'm not worrying about it for the remainder of the year. I am still tracking everything and weighing but I will get back on the exercise track after the 1st. I figure I've done good for the year losing about 45 pounds give or take since January of last year so this is my vacation. LOL

Weighed in and am up 1 lb. Could have been worse with no exercise to speak of. Back is better, but have 2 sick elders to take care of, so little free time with Christmas coming. Stressed out but hanging in there!!!  |

Ahh chappy, merry christmas to you too.
I'll be starting a new thread for the new year. I might get it done in the next couple of days. What I'd like to do is have everyone that is still active try to get signed in on the first page and to maybe make that your recipe post? Something that you can come back to after you post a good recipe in the thread then maybe go and update your recipe post and that might give us an easy spot to go find how to make all the goodies.
