May 2012: Adam on the cover of the L.A. Weekly's 2012 Best People cover – one of 5 collectible edition covers that featured Adam, Dodger Matt Kemp, Actress Carrie Fisher, Musician Impresario Jonny Coffin and Musician Kota Wade. This was the 6th Annual edition of the L.A. PEOPLE issue honoring and celebrating the most influential activists, actors, artists and community leaders from Los Angeles.

2012 Year in Review (Part 1)

I was going to do the entire year in review in one day! HA! That is just not possible! Adam is truly the hardest working man in show business. So, I am going to start with a sprinkling of Adam highlights from January, February and March 2012. Not the most important events, just a patchwork quilt from this chaotic and wonderful roller coaster of a year.

Omigosh, Q3 - thank you for putting all this together! If there is a "slow Adam day" one only has to come to this page for great entertainment!

Instead of the novelty of Adam wearing off after four years, my appreciation and affection for his talent and "himself" keep growing. So grateful this place is here. Thank you and Happy New Year to you and all Atopians. :wub: :wub:

3. Never Close Our Eyes – Adam Lambert

Never Close Our Eyes is the second track from Adam Lambert’s second album, Trespassing. The single charted at number 17 in the Official UK Top 40 Singles Chart, which is good, but not what it deserved. This are getting better, but Adam is still hugely unappreciated in the UK and it breaks our hearts. It’s not that he doesn’t have the talent – he has one of the most uniquely talented voices you will ever hear – but for some reason his work just doesn’t reach the ears of the masses, and how can they love it if they haven’t heard it? Adam found fame as the runner-up on American Idol, and unlike the hordes of disposable X Factor stars we get in the UK, AI are known for putting real stars out there. Never Close Our Eyes is a catchy track with an awesome video, depicting a dystopian future that only Adam can fix – what is it they say about life imitating art?

Historically, a "buggy" was a small horse drawn cart. These days, a "buggy" likely means a small motorized vehicle, like a golf cart. And by "browsing" she means he is "seeing the sights", i.e., driving around the resort checking out what there is to see.
