Impact and Choices[/size][/color]

Second caution: This post could either be quite wise or just the product of a sugar high brought on by eating Yogurt-Covered Raisins, a snack that disguises a high-sugar treat with healthy food words – yogurt and raisins.

We all make choice in our lives. I have learned that our choices are always limited but sometimes we have more choices, other times there is only one door that is fully opened to us. [There really is light coming through that crack in the door. Are you sure that other door is locked? Why bother with these obstructions when one door is wide open?]

As I head into this new year, I am thinking a bit about foward life and rear-view life for me, for the people I know and for Adam. (Yes, he was on my personal list. <blushes>)

I am confronting change and a few options, but one real choice. Adam, I imagine, is confronting change and many options, all the time. It may just be my imagination, but I think/hope/imagine that Adam has many opportunities to shift through, constantly changing like a kaleidoscope of opportunities. The thought the he has many possibilities makes me happy. The thought that he was so many choices makes me search harder for my own kaleidoscope of choices.

More importantly, thinking about Adam has makes me realize something important – my opportunities are only limited by my own imagination and my own belief in myself. When I move the horizon farther away (AKA “expand your horizons”), I have more options. When I expand my self-definition, I have more opportunities. Thanks Adam. This kaleidoscope is so full of colors and shapes and possibilities. I am amazed.

Inspired, I head into 2013 with a renewed vigor, renewed motivation to make a difference, to matter. Adam does it with his music and his personal vision. I (and all of us) do it in very different ways. But since I discovered my personal power (thank you AFL), I move forward in more meaningful and more impactful ways.



Impactful, life changing. Impactful, important. Impactful, full of things that matter. Adam.



Adam is Impactful. Adam fans are impactful. And to kick off the new year, I want to thank Adam and his fans (you) for reorienting my life, my dreams and my future.

Adamworld, a place filled with promise and possibilities and joy. A place that has made my life better, more meaningful and hopefully more impactful.

Thank you Adam. Thank you all the members of ATop. Thank you to all the people who support great art and equity.

Choices.

We all have choices in what we do and where we focus our energy. I hope/plan/wish/dream/visualized that in 2013 I will be a better me. That I will inspire a few people to achieve more and reach their dreams.

Choices.

We all make them. And the decision we make are not all equally important. I resolve to make important choices this year.

Resolutions.

I swear. (Sorry mom. ) More important than a choice. A resolution. A commitment to do/be/change/try to be different and to be better. A resolution to take a risk. A resolution to do some of the things I want other people to do. A resolution to be impactful, to really make a difference. A resolution to stop boring people by talking about me. I swear I will matter. I will leave a footprint on the beach that last after the high tide. I will make an impression that lasts.

And thank you to everyone who puts up with my ramblings and vague thoughts (and typos ) throughout the year.
