I can't believe I'm looking for plane tickets to go see AFL live.  I don't wanna jinx it, so I'm not flailing yet. lol But seriously, this is like a dream. Congratulations! Does it mean your bf noded his head at last? How did it work out for you? |

We had a competition sometimes in the beginning of 2011(?) . Remember? We were supposed to guess the date when Adam will reach 2,000,000 followers. Do we have the results somewhere? It would be interesting to look at them now. 
We were way off because we expected Trespassing to be released around Thanksgiving in 2011 and that there would be an influx of followers because of that. Yes, Trespassing would be a massive holiday release hit and lead to multitudes of new followers. ah well - the best laid plans.... :-/ |

Thanks for posting this, glamtealady! I had read some of Neil's blog after I discovered Adam, beginning with "my brother is going to be on American Idol", but I had never read the pre-Idol blogs --including Neil's pre-Idol weekend visit with Adam in LA, which I read just now. For the most part I don't follow Adam's family or friends that closely, but when I read Neil's blogs in the past he always made me snort with laughter and he did again today with his fantasies about what he would say at the Scientology Library. LOL. He has a great self-deprecating sense of humor and he's such a fabulously funny writer. It was great to get a taste of that again. |

I remember dragging my DH to what I thought would be the one and only time I would see AFL for a 20 min. set only a mile from my house. Little did he know that I would become addicated after that 20 minutes and that he'd be dragged to 20+ more concerts and as far as the UK. Luckily, in the last year, I've found other Glamberts to meet up at concerts with so I no longer need to drag him to every single show. |
