Album 3: I think can be done in much shorter time frame. He pretty much really needed time after GNT and AI to recover and work on an album that was pure self-expression. Right now, he seems to be on a roll and highly energized. I'm looking forward to being surprised. I still think he is going to be a game changer. ITA. Trespassing was his chance to just focus on the music, writing, producing and creativity. He needed that pure focus to move to his next level of creativity. Also, he met and fell in love with Sauli, so he wanted to focus on that. It was good and what he needed to do at that time. However, I think he is also such a quick study and that he masters things so quickly that he won't need to do that type of focus again. (I also don't think he can do that kind of focus again – meaning, he cannot disappear for a year and a half.) But that doesn't mean he can't still create a kick-ass album. One thing I will always know is that his improvisations are some of the most mind-blowing creative works I've ever heard and they are created in the moment. THIS is why I am very excited about him working fast. In writing, there are many programs that make you produce a lot of work in a very short amount of time. The philosophy is that you break through the natural tendency to second-guess and self-edit. It's a great tool!! FYE proved Adam can create fast and improvise extremely well. "Trespassing" proved he could create from scratch and nurture his vision through the long haul. I believe Adam 3 will be a combination of both those things and will build upon all the creative muscle he's developed in the past few years. Adam Official already has the 19 logo off. I wonder when they did that bcause they are usually really slow about updating things!

[/quote] but.. but.. he said the same thing for 2012 .. "2012 is gonna rock". He even put it in his personal seasong greetings card he sent out to all media people. I remembered Shirley Halpering twitted the picture of the card she got from Adam. ;D Though, I wouldn't mind to get another song such as Sleepwalker, Runnin or Can't Let You Go again..  .. maybe he will write a lot of pop rock songs this time. |
