[/IMG] Tears!! Adam flying his freak flag with no worries about votes!!
I love Adam's voice in Beth. Did everyone stand up when Adam appeared on the stage? I didn't notice this before. The angle of the camera makes it look like Adam was on a pedestal and every one was under his feet.

an interesting review of Trespassing: www.youtube.com/watch?v=28VrtI_GOkEShe said each time after listening to Underneath, she had to sit silently to let her ears get back to normal sound :-) I love her review! I agree with all of it! Doesn't she have a great speaking voice?

As Paula said "it's like an Adam Lambert concert !" When I watched him singing Beth I stood in the middle of my living room totally entranced. Cannot imagine one other singer pulling that off . And the boots !!! Oh My ! I

Using google translation, it seems that the title of the article is "Is Adam The Next Michael Jackson?" I don't know if Adam will be, but he is the closest to MJ that I know. When I heard Bieber said on MacLean's that he wanted to be the next MJ, I felt like an insult because Bieber has no outstanding talent and no originality. Ironically, Bieber is as popular as MJ.

But Dave Matthews and Radiohead are practically industry icons---neither would have to sell another record; their legacies are made. They are beyond worrying about airplay and trying to expand their fanbases. Adam is at a completely different place in his career. And, yes, he could tour at some capacity, but the question for his team is whether or not a tour makes sense right now. Sometimes I think people forget just how successful FYE was. Forget Platinum, that album stayed on the BB 200 for a year. Amazing. My point was that they built their fame on great music and albums, not radio. But that's not exactly true. Dave Matthews was HUGE on radio for years. Radiohead was an alternative radio fixture, as well (with a big, mainstream hit). The point is that their early radio success has given them the luxury of being able to tour today with large fanbases and no immediate need to do anything else highly commercial.

I posted this earlier but I thought I'd ask again. I don't know how to put things on twitter correctly so I was wondering if any of our 'twitter experts' could put Q3's "Adam's 31st birthday Donorschoose page" www.donorschoose.org/taf-gp/276504 on twitter so anyone who would like to contribute will know about Momtomany's great idea! Thanks for any help getting this done.

Sagittarius, YES!! Everyone stood during Beth! As soon as he came out the audience stood up. The live audience that night was all for Adam! If only the votes from Los Angeles counted, Adam would have won!!

If only the votes from Los Angeles counted, Adam would have won!! That was such a huge, defining moment. On TV you could just see this wave of people stand up. Adam was truly the star of the night.
