I vote for Tuesday weigh-ins. Gives us a little time to recover from weekend transgressions!

Tuesday's fine with me. ...you just gave me two more days to work off the extra wine and margaritta chaser that comforted me last night when they didn't call Adam's name! haha! I'll check in NEXT tuesday, cuz surely nothing will have happened on the scale since this Sunday. Alison...you lost me at "kale"!! Sounds positively revolting! LOL!!

Wow, everyone is doing great! Lots of folks meeting goals, others making progress ... thanks Jablea for keeping this thread going, it helps me stay on track when I know I have to report in here ... I was worried about getting on the scales this morning (forgot to weigh in yesterday) 'cause I kind of ate my way thru my disappointment last night (I'm an emotional eater) ... but I lost 1.5 pounds this week! That put me a half pound over my 6 pound Grammy goal ... for a total of 31.5 pounds gone, 19.5 to go! I'm going to say 4.5 pounds to DVD release day ... that will put me at an even 15 to finish up after that.

Duber, it sounds gross, but you don't taste the veggie add ins. All you taste is fruit. My 11 year old chicken nugget eating son loves them (even the green ones). I think it will be a good investment for us. Super healthy disguised in the form of dessert.

Our osterizer mixer is broken so we've been thinking. I'm not sure I'd do enough with a vita-mix to warrant the cost so please keep posting and see if you continue using it.
We'll do the Tuesday weigh-ins then and we'll try to have some type of daily posting here if for nothing else then it reminds us every day to think about what we eat or do. Lots of us garden so that is likely to be a topic too.

Hi all. Jablea thank you for creating this thread.Stardust I think a separate thread for recipes is a great idea. I 'be lost 5 lbs, which is half of my original goal.So I'm going to join all of you and try to loose another 5 lbs by the time the GNT DVD is released.

Sorry forgot to checkin yesterday for Grammy Sunday update. I gained 1 lb back, so total 4 lb lost. For the new goal, I'll make it 6 lbs. That'll make it 10 lbs in total. I'll be very happy if I can reach it.

OK, I'm here reporting in, and I have been a very, very, very BAD girl! I haven't even started my weight loss program, and really need to get into it! So proud of all of you who have met your goals, you are inspiring! I got new batteries for my scale, but I don't believe what it tells me. My jeans are fitting tighter than they did a month ago, but the scale reports a couple lbs. lost. My new goal is 6 lbs. to loose before 3/22. Drinking more water, cutting out deserts, eating more fruits & veggies, and an exercise program. Thanks Jablea for keeping this going, I will get into it NOW!!!!! Oh, like the Tuesday check in, better than feeling guilty about weekend over indulgences!

great! the only "RL" thread is back! Thank you, Jablea! I am not sure I can remember to "weigh in" on Tuesdays... so perhaps I'll be doing it on Sundays and reporting on Tuesdays... anyway... my goal was to "maintain" and I am OK this past week, nothing gained...
IDK if this is helpful: my problem is "picking"... so now, every time I have the impulse to "pick" I make myself drink some water first... that seems to "fill my stomach" and get the "need" to eat subside for an hour or so... then I repeat until the meal time comes...
