I was in the process of making a donation, then it said "cookies are not enabled in your browser .....". I don't think the site ever asked me for cookies. How do I enable cookies, please?

For me, the worst part wasn't Simon; it was the mentor. I didn't like his attitude at all. Don't worry, karma has taken care of that (please refer to Jazzhands' avi). God, I just checked Wikipedia. I didn't know anything about all that. Wow.

I confess I've never understood why some people felt confused about ROF. I understand even less why some people felt uncomfortable. The only thing I thought when I first watched it was: "OMG, that was EPIC!!! The vocals!!! Such an amazing version!!!! And he's sex on legs!!!" But I never felt confused. And of course, I never felt uncomfortable. To the people who felt confused, why did you feel that way? Confused about what? Was it the eastern arrangement? As I noted earlier in the thread RoF was the performance that hooked me. I recognised it as being similar to the version that had been done by Dilana on reality show Rock Star. Adam of course added his own flourishes and amped up the weirdness some but I was never confused by it, just sat and grinned like a loon saying "fuck yeh" Johnny Cash would have loved that.

I think my FIASCO was sent! I just had a $26.60 deduction from my debit account, the exact price of the magazine! Squeeeeee!! I am about to make a short story long. Here's the short version: I got my FIASCO on Wednesday from our local bookseller, Book People. Now the long version: I had inquired about it in early December and had left my name, number, and request for a copy with Adam on the cover with the salesperson and she said she would leave my note for the magazine buyer, Jerome. Then nothing. Needless to say, I had pretty much given up, then on Wednesday I had a message from Jerome that my magazine was in and I could pick it up anytime. Without hesitation, I drove to Book People (which is downtown) immediately after work and even though I knew downtown traffic could be crazy, the area was a madhouse and there was no parking in the adjacent multi-level parking garage or within 5 blocks. I decided to come back home and call Jerome, just to let him know that I would pick it up on Saturday. We got to talking and he was amazed at the response to the magazine - every copy Book People got in was spoken for. I told him Adam Lambert fans were passionate people and he said, "No kidding" and that the magazine would be on his desk with my name on it. He also said I was lucky because my copy had Adam on the cover, to which I responded ... YAY! Anyway, the more I got to thinking about it, the more I thought some passionate fan might talk the salesperson out of my Adam cover and so I went back that same evening at 10 PM when I should have been asleep because nobody was going to get my Adam cover; no how, no way. At the help desk, I asked for the magazine and told the sales people that Jerome had saved it for me and one of them said it is probably behind the check-out counter, to which I replied, "No, Jerome said it would be on his desk." The guy looked confused and the young woman laughed and told him that the copies of FIASCO were in a box on Jerome's desk with a note on them that said, Touch These and You Die. LOL. He wandered off and she laughed saying, "We here at Book People like to be very clear." While I was waiting, I finally understood why the parking had been so awful earlier ... Sonya Sotomayor was there reading and signing her new book. The young lady said the place had been packed like sardines and that the Justice was still up on the third floor signing. But I got what I wanted, Adam's FIASCO in my hot little hands. It's good to have priorities.

Yeah, as I said my personal top three is crowded... and the best one is impossible... but top two is easy: Chokehold and Shady. Chokehold grabbed me at first listen at Jezebel ~a year ago and Shady is funky as hell, just the way I like it. And I am very excited of its 'real' premiere this week. I am also very curious what other funky CHIC tracks will Adam sing???? Surely 'We are family' but what else cause I want to be prepared and check out the songs beforehand...

HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY, ADAM LAMBERT!♥ (Czech and Slovak GLAMBERTS) Published on Jan 27, 2013 Adam's always getting this Birthday Wishes videos from his fans from all over the world. I'm wondering if there're idols fans that are so in love with their idols like Adam's fans are? I meant I know few idols have quite a bit fans in few SE Asian countries, such as Singapore, Phillipine and maybe Malaysia, but do they show their love and make videos for their Idols like Glamberts all over the world always do?

The first time I saw Adam was during his audition. I thought he was intriguing. I looked for him during Hollywood week and was so glad he made it through to the top 36. I became an addicted fan when he sang ROF. I remember sitting on the floor next the speaker so I wouldn't miss a nuance of his singing. After the performance was done, I was thinking, "Who sings like that?" I had watched all of the seasons of AI up to that point and I had NEVER heard anyone do that. (I haven't watched another season since, much to my sister's disappointment. "Why watch when you have found your Idol." I tell her. I have stolen time in hotel lobbies to check Adamtopia, when I can use my hubby's laptop I check things on line. We were in a hotel when Adam challenged the fans to raise $29,000 for Charity Water for his 29th birthday. Watching that goal be met in just a few hours (my memory has it clocked in 2 hours)was a moment I am glad I got to witness. Following Mr. Lambert is so diverse. It is funny (Shine like a diamond, or lap dances), serious, (It gets Better, his tweets about bullying) it's sweet, (pics with Sauli or children),educational (urban dictionary and charity causes) and so entertaining (pick almost any video of a performance or interview). Even if he is reiterating something he has said repeatedly, he is able to vary it in a way that keeps it fresh and interesting. Who does that? Adam Lambert, that's who. These past four years have been a blast and I am glad to have found this community to share it with.
