Ooooohhhh...think how many frequent flier miles Adam has. I wonder if he wondered when he was on a cruise ship at age 19 if he would ever rack up air travel miles. I wonder which he prefers -- air travel or sea travel. Probably air. Shoot, I wonder if he got seasick. Someone ask him that in his next twitter party. I would post my next number but I'm seasick and can't figure it out. Thank your lucky beans you're not stuck on that cruise ship they sent the tugboats out to rescue.

Okay, new fantasy. Adam is stuck on that cruise ship, trying to entertain and stay glamorous while dealing with the waste. Aww...I can see him wrinkling his nose. Okay, I'm officially declaring myself a member of the wrinkly nose team.

This is for those who find themselves worrying more than they would like to about elephants, real or imaginary, so scroll alert. I have two sons that I love even more than Adam Lambert, and I have seen each of them on top of the world in love and at the bottom of the aftermath when love changed and/or when it just wasn't enough. Ideally, we would like life to be a perfect fairy tale for the ones we love, so they dont have to suffer, and so we dont have to ever worry about them and/or suffer with them, but the reality is that life is not a fairy tale in love or in any other way, and that, ultimately, is not necessarily a bad thing. Everything we learn and experience prepares us for what comes next. In my real life, when disappointments happen for my children, I make opportunities to listen to them, let them know that I'm sorry, let them know they are loved, let them know that I believe in them, and remind them that they will always have a safe place to fall within our family, so that they will never be going through life and its challenges alone. Then, I work hard to remind myself that I trust them to be strong enough to work their way through their life experiences and come out the other end that much wiser and fuller and that much more human. I remind myself that the only circumstances I can control are my own actions and work hard to concentrate on creating good energy in my own life and enjoying that consciously so that I don't go down with their ship, whether it is a real ship or an imaginary one of my own making, so to speak. The more that worried thoughts want to flood in on me, past the initial "oh, that's too bad" kind of reaction, and hang around and play havoc with my own well being, the more I see that as an indication that my own ship is taking on too much water, and that I need to work harder to plug up my holes consciously, by creating boundaries and planning ways to make good things happen for myself in my own life. I don't know anything about Adam's real life, what is happening in it or what is not, but for those who worry about him for this reason or for that, it does seem that he has a great family that is very much there for him, in his family of origin and in his family of friends. When challenges come along for him, and they have and they will again because that is life, no matter what those challenges may be, those families have been there for him and will be there for him. In short, some of us get concerned from time to time about Adam's happiness and well being; i get that it comes from love of Adam and from caring hearts. Just remember, if you find yourself in that place, Adam's own advice.: Trust a bitch. You can. Things will work out in the ways they need to for Adam. Life is a process and a journey we are all discovering as we go.
