Just my opinion feel free to scroll: To compare or expect a backing band of touring session musicians to match up with Queen, Muse or Chic is just flat out ludicrous. Those bands have been together for decades, they have honed their sounds through countless hours of practice on and off the road and in the studio. Adam is a solo artist, not part of a band - it is a whole different dynamic, he is likely to have many many musicians he plays with over the years to come. He may like Bowie land on a couple who he sticks with but he is 4 years into what will hopefully be a long long career. Perhaps the expectations that he would be working with "world=class" musicians at this stage are a tad unrealistic... YMMV Oh and this: #itshiscareerandhecanplaywithwhoeverthefuckhewantsto Carry on. Not scrolling because this makes so much sense. I agree. |

Want to hear something strange? I hope he never sings Nirvana for us. It is such a beautiful, personal song about a special time for them. I don't know. It just seems like "theirs." (Yes, I am weird)

It's super unfair to judge Adam up against Muse. First off Adam is a SOLO ARTIST and Muse is a BAND. There is a big diff. Adam has to have studio musicians and the like, so ofc his sound won't always be just like the album or the technical skills won't match up perfectly to a band full of expert musicians. To compare the two is just stupid. Compare vocalists, fine, compare him with other SOLO pop artists but not actualfax bands. If thats the case his sound will never ever measure up.

How an earth do you guys know these Finnish bands, like Leningrad Cowboys? Or our tradition of translated songs - and from the multitude of them you pick Rööperiin!  I would really, really, really like for Adam to sing I Want To Break Free. I always think of Adam pointing to Sauli, when he sings I've fallen in love...LOL, well, I think of Sauli and Adam splitting his pants. I think Finnish fans that saw the Queen video would remember that one. I googled Finnish pop songs and saw the list of translated songs. I can sing the English words to Rööperiin.
