Geez, hope these folks camping outside are not sick by the time Friday evening rolls around. That seems awfully dedicated.  Having my fingers crossed for Albiku that she can get her flights sorted out. And for any others who are travelling via LH too. And glad to hear that Betty arrived, even though I read that it was a rather difficult journey her. Glad you are feeling better now. Enjoy your concert. |

Wait--what? I know Adam didn't bring the GNT to Utah, 'cause I live here and I had to go to San Diego and Los Angeles to see him! The American Idol season eight tour came to Utah, but of course there wasn't any kissing of Tommy in it because there was no Fever and there was no Tommy in that tour. ETA: I messed up the quote somehow and can't seem to fix it. Sorry murly, I thought for sure he came thru Salt Lake. He must have come here from Colorado. Hasn't he been in Utah other than the Idol tour? Maybe it was some other state besides Idaho. I remember here because friends going to the concert had been "concerned" about what he might "do". |

Hi, guys! Today's stream was SO AWESOME!!! And it was the first #WAG concert in ages I've been able to follow in real time! Anyway, what with the posts regarding Adam's/St.P fans' courage in the last few pages, I just felt like I had to drop off this AMAZING testimony to Adam's character from Michael Sarver that I listened to tonight. SCROLL ALERT THO! I know how many of you feel about J/X (and must admit the Aura thing pushed me over the edge into "adios, you're a ghost, you're a vapor" territory). BUT--I bit the bullet, because I remembered a previous interview (from years ago) with Michael that I really liked. So, on their show tonight, they interviewed him. Minutes 32-40 are ALL ABOUT ADAM...HOW HE CHANGED MICHAEL'S ATTITUDES, OPENED UP HIS MIND...HOW TOTALLY IMPRESSED HE WAS BY ADAM'S CHARACTER. (And the rest--stories about life on the bus--at app. 46:35 "Adam...he's a LOVER" is great--some really nice BTS stuff about Idol and Season 8.) So, look past the source and check this out. I was never homophobic (as MS admits he definitely was until Adam)--but OMG how I can relate to the level of admiration he displays for Adam's amazing character and professionalism! whoa! I love the shoes Adam is wearing in the above pic with the dancers. Have we seen them before. Gosh he is just so cute here! Makes me think of eighth grade. Hot guys in flannels.

hoopla! I have missed your gorgeous avi. thanks for the link. You are very welcome. I was so moved by what he said, and I thought how much I wanted others who would UNDERSTAND how it was for all of us FROM THE BEGINNING...where else could I possibly go to share but here!? Atop is still home. ...and Adam looks like a child in my avi, but I can't change it...I'm so attached to it.  He was a beautiful child--and he's now a beautiful man--who just melts my heart and inspires me beyond reason. Also, Irish I LOVE that Bob Marley quote, and Evergreen that's a brilliant caption! (I'm still trying to figure out what was wrong with the sound--I thought PTL sounded good!?) |

The St. Petersburg concert was never almost cancelled. The only thing that happened re was St. Petersburg Assemblyman Vladamir Milonov sent a letter to a prosecutor trying to get the concert restrict to people over 16 years old. No action was taken. This effort was reported by but not supported by The Moscow Times.
