Fun fact: I spent about 2+h deliberating if I should talk to Adam after landing ... final decision took about 10 min (approach / arrival) ... seeing him still about and all by himself not hurrying anywhere I walked over ... 5 sec ... talked to him 5 sec and left (ran away) .... lol Sounds exactly like my encounter. Only, I deliberated for just a minute or so. I made sure that he wasn't in a hurry and that he was alone, and that's when I decided to approach him. I also did it in a very quiet way, I didn't want to bust his cover or made people take notice of who he was. I wish I had told him how much I love his music, though. lol Question? Would you have run into Adam if you had been on your original Lufthansa flight? I love when fate steps in for things like this! |

That's the first thing my boyfriend said when I literally run to him after meeting Adam (he had just come out of the toilet and was looking for me, because I wasn't in the place where he had left me). Well, it was the second thing he said, because the first one was: "Are you fucking kidding me?!" And then he said: "Well, thank you, Lufthansa!"  He also said that he wished he had witnessed my encounter with Adam, because he knew it had been an incredible moment for me. Awww!  |

Stampsgal, Yes, the evening in Vancouver was magical. I meet so many great fans and members that have traveled the path to Adamtopia. It has been a while since I have seen Adam live but I know that one of these days the opportunity will present itself again. The pictures, videos, recaps, insights, opinions, and discussion of current/newsworthy events impacting the LGBT community and many other relevant topics keep this a lively place. The caring and concern of this community for its members touches my heart. Of course there are other great topics - relevance of radio, next album, Melvin, hair, touring, QueenBert, and much more that make this the first stop of every day.
