crazy4you - so agree with you about the TOMT recording. ^^^^^ should have recorded it like that (unplugged) version By the way, I had a stare-off with your avi. It is mesmerizing. Ha, ha....who won? I've been debating replacing it, but everytime I do he gives me that look....and I just can't.

I wonder if Adam will tweet Devin about his performance. Although Adam has praised several of the current Idol contestants, Devin and last week's boot Paul Jolley are the only contestants I could find that Adam is following on Twitter (and they are following him).

Moi! Aloha! Hola! I'm here, following along. RL issues are keeping me from posting. I'll be back in Mapril....unless my Taco Bell...umm...Taco Bueno? Taco Mayo?...shit, can't remember what lie I spun...falls in a sink hole. Wonder why it's not Burrito Bell, or Burrito Bueno or Burrito Mayo. Shit, now I'm feeling slighted. Discriminated against. As if being a blonde, left-handed female isn't enough. Shit, now I'm talking myself into a sink hole. Damn it all to heck. I knew there was a reason I haven't posted. Aloha, sayonara, buenos dias. ETA: Just saw my post and that's a lot of burritos! LOL! ETA2:

Adam mention. Have we heard about "Glambert Inc." ? www.businessrecord.com/Content/Default/1Click/Article/Concert-promoter-files-for-bankruptcy-protection/-3/248/57258#.UVNuZktk9pw.twitterConcert promoter files for bankruptcy protectionWednesday, March 27, 2013
Steve Brill, who left the Greater Des Moines radio business in 2012 to promote concerts, has filed for bankruptcy, citing unpaid bills to country music and rock acts such as Adam Lambert, Train and Joan Jett.
...
According to the filing, Brill owes $45,000 to Lambert’s Glambert Inc. and the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Nashville, Tenn. Brill also owes $87,500 to the rock group Train and its promotions company and he owes $125,000 to Mark Doolittle and his Red Truck Tickets in West Des Moines, according to the filing. Brill also owes several thousand dollars to other musical acts and their agents.
...
De Moines was a Radio Concert at an amusement part. Train was headliner, last in the lineup, with Adam 2nd from last in the lineup. So, this tells us that Adam was paid at least $45,000 for a 10 song set at a radio concert, more if he was paid anything in advance. I would expect that this is more than expenses. So Adam doesn't do these concerts for free!

K Thomson @glambertoo1 1h My Mom, opera singer, says @adamlambert has voice that happens only once in a generation ~ Well, I'm a singer (trained in opera for a short time and trained in general for longer), and I completely agree. He is a special man with a very special voice. I know we all agree because we're fans, but it's really interesting to read about opera singers who believe it too--and there are a few out there! Thanks for the tweet post!

Found a LifeBall 1993-2011 highlights video that gives a lot of background info and impressions, so I thought I'd post it here for others who are interested in what Adam will be participating and contributing to. For US folks: Video does have a few NSFW moments, so open at home.
Tons of famous folks. I saw The Blonds, so they must have done one of the previous year's fashion show, so based on that I think they may rather only do Adam's costume and not a whole fashion show as I was hoping, but that is of course just speculation. Also, there are celebrities walking in the fashion show. Who thinks that Adam would love to do that? (Besides performing and presenting, of course). This will be a great night and I hope someone will tape the ORF transmission for all the rest of us.
Cassie: have a quick curiosity question for you: That sign language guy at 9:45 that translates while Sharon Stone is talking, is he double translating her English into Austrian sign language or is he translating into American sign language, which makes no sense on ORF? Just wondering?

Thanks for the tweet post! . I'm a singer, too . . . a lyric soprano. My sister, who listened to CTMBTM, is not an Adam fan, but was so amazed at the Brigadoon performance she proclaimed he should get to Broadway right now! - My sis auditioned and became the youngest Metropolitan Opera Audition Finalist in the Western Opera Theatre in the late 1960s. In all my years of music, I have never, ever heard a voice with the power and presence and control that lives within the incredible body of Adam Lambert. It's not his physical beauty that brings the tangible, physical essence of his voice to us. Guys - he has unheard-of lung capacity and breath control! Oh - did I mention his ability to move from chest voice through mid-range to head voice to stratospheric voice without a break? Vocalists spend a lifetime trying to perfect this technique; this control. Adam knows how to manipulate his sound and his resonance with the most subtle movement of his jaw! Then, there's this emotion, this theatricality. This way of turning a phrase or extending a note or inserting a tiny, visceral cry of let-me-see-my-bones reality. We've been captured. Only a voice from the stars themselves can do this; it's unreal. How he can enrapture we mortals. Here it is. For us. For the world. His voice is more than one in a generation. It is a voice of a lifetime; and, for me, we're on four generations and counting.

Just wondering? Hmmmmmm. Some of it looks like ASL, but, some doesn't. Doesn't really match what she is saying. My guess is it is not ASL but is related to it in some way. Several sign languages have similar signs or foundations.
