Wal - I just saw your post making sure it was ok for you to post my tweets & I wanted to let you know that I'm happy you did!
The show was short, but great! However, the highlight, as a die hard fan that has never been up close to him was running into him as he was leaving the key ceremony (picture is posted in yesterday's thread). I did not get a picture with him, but just being able to see him a foot away was awesome!!
For the show, I had front row on the left side which was also a first for me!! I do wish the wait wasn't as long and that he would have performed more, but for a free show I will take what I can get. I can't confirm the sound issues and that they caused the delay. He looked great & sounded amazing!!! I'm happy I went, and I can't wait for San Diego!!!

Anyone know what hotel he was at? Those windows are so interesting and very distinctive. I was wondering if he would leave from Miami for China, since he would have to be there by Wed., but when I checked flights looks like coming home first then leaving through LAX is the fastest route.  |

Not sure if this was posted yesterday from PopLedge, but I like the headline. Adam Lambert looking like a god in gold for Miami Pride event
 Adam Lambert is currently in Miami sporting a golden
tan with some golden highlights and some golden accessories – got to
say he looks extra amazing at the moment especially with the deep tan.
Adam is in Miami to perform at the fifth annual Miami Beach Gay Pride festival on Sunday night as the headlining act.
Speaking to the South Florida Gay News, the ‘Trespassing’ singer said of being a role model:
“I’m totally comfortable with it now. You know it’s weird, I was just
being honest. It’s a bit daunting. You’re a role model or icon or
you’re supposed to try to be one so I was intimated by it at first. I
didn’t realize that was going to come with everything. I was just trying
to sing.”
He also spoke out against Russian laws which band their citizens from
having gay pride events and reminded people to be grateful that we live
in a free society.
During his trip to Miami he was also given the keys to the city.
On his set-list he commented it will be ‘fun and upbeat’ fitting for the occasion.
Good to find a pop-star who actually has some opinions of their own!
