San Francisco Giants to be honored at the San Francisco GLAAD Awards. Adam mention. I instantly thought of a NA at one of their games in the future. adf.ly/N0L4k

Ok all you techies out there -- how does it take one hour to fix a microphone problem? Not a techie...but here is my understanding: It was not just a mike problem but they had to change the mikes and redo the soundcheck. Based on the twitter reports, it appears that it was not discovered until Adam arrived. So, took the tech crew about 20-25 minutes to make the change including soundchecking the new mikes. That seem pretty typical to me.

And yes, this would be the right team for Adam to sing the SSB for!! ETA: Well I will settle for any occasion where he signs the SSB!

I should have warned that I was up close the stage so the sound would be blown out when I was streaming. Sorry that I was forgot to mention... You know that after 12 hours of queuing and finally got the to see Adam so up close I was just so happy and wanted to share the 'live' moment with you guys... Next time I'm not gonna be streaming if I am this close up again..----------------------------------------- Little Recap here, People were very nice to every performer and entertainer. But before the appearance of Adam, it wasn't feeling like a concert. People just walked by with beers or whatever drinks and eats in their hands and were having good time. Some of the performers were really boring and the vocals were karaoke levels. A few were entertaining and sounded half way decent. But people respected all of them with rounds and rounds of applause and cheering. I was having a lot of fun, pretty much because I was having a killer spot in first row by the fence and the music was on all the time so I had been dancing all the way thru. Adam's set was scheduled at 8pm. He showed up at the waiting area by the stage at 8:30pm, but did not come on until 9 o'clock. So pretty much he was one hour late. People were chanting his name sporadically. I saw him 5 minutes before he came on stage. My reaction was beyond my control and screamed like I saw some creature from other world but in a good way. He looked just unreal in person. And even he was with bunch of people, I just couldn't take my focus off of him. He just magically grab your attention.
The minute he got on the stage I was dizzy for a while and I guess that was some sort of starstruck. And then I realized that I was seeing him singing live 5 foot from me. He was so tall and so big on stage. Yes I knew that Johnny and Terrace were with him but I just couldn't even manage to give both of them even one look. My eyes were so transfixed in Adam. OH, MY GOD HIS VOICE! I have to say that the sound system actually pretty shitty. But Adam's voice came out of that sound system like there was no problem. The first song was Trespassing, the minute he opened up his mouth and let out one complete line I was immediately blown away. SO INTENSE, FULL WITH BIG RESONANCE. You just don't get to here that from the other singers. I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT HE DOES SOUND BETTER LIVE, ACTUALLY IMO MUCH BETTER. Naked Love we had so much fun with waving hands and throwing arms. Pop That Lock, he was so sexy. Actually what surprised me was that how his Whataya Want From Me in original key sounded good live. He changed it up quite a bit with killer high notes and improvising riffs. I liked it a lot. How funny that after We Are The Family I had almost no memory with his performances whereas with tonite's show I actually have many details in my head in regard to his voice. 12 hours of waiting for 15 minutes live performance. I say it was quite worth it. ??? But, but, but... But even if the sound was shitty, we got to see him!!!! I, for one, watched the whole thing even with the crappy sound. Yours was the only stream that worked, we were very thankful for it.
Of course, if you'd rather just watch and not stream, that's your choice! But if you won't stream JUST BECAUSE the sound won't be good, then know that we appreciate it. What we heard was that he was having sound issues even before the concert. Some kind of mix-up with the mic. So they had to soundcheck it again, and that's why he was so late.
Just from reading you, I re-experienced exactly what I felt when I saw him in Helsinki. I had the exact same reaction. He looks unreal live, doesn't he? Incredibly gorgeous. It doesn't translate to the pics/videos at all! He has this energy, this presence, that blows your mind. You can't help but look at him. He grabs your attention and he never lets you go. It's incredible. I haven't seen anyone like him before. I'm SO GLAD that you got the voice experience too. The bass sound is so prominent (both in the stream and in the videos) that I really wondered what kind of sound you had gotten. I'm really glad it was worth it. He makes it worth it, doesn't he? He's amazing. BigCryI wanna see him live again!!!!!! I had a dream last night that I went to Vienna to see him perform at the Life Ball. I woke up feeling so disappointed!!! I know I can't go to Vienna to see him; I really can't, even if it's closer than Helsinki. But OMG, how I wish I could!!!!

I saw some tweets assuming this. You know, the old "Adam is late again" stuff. In spite of that problem it seems everyone had a great time and they LOVED him! The photos are amazing and the videos are super considering the sound issue. Wasn't there supposed to be a surprise? What was it? Or did I miss the mention of it here - that's a possibility.

You know, the old "Adam is late again" stuff. I think we all joked about it on Twitter. But we were joking, we weren't reprimanding him. Let's face it, he's late a lot of times, it's kind of normal that people assumed he was late again. But I can't hold it agaisnt him, because I'm late all the time too, haha. It's amazing, no matter how early I start getting ready, I'll still be late. And not five minutes late, no. Half an hour late at least. I drive everyone around me insane. My Godmother is the same. (zzz)

I have been daydreaming about Vienna too But flight + 750 euros for tickets when we don't even know how will he be part of show. If I KNEW that he would be doing full concert (or even half of it) at the Life Ball and 750 euros would mean something like front row... I really wish I could go!!

Adam is playing us - you know that, right? All he needs to do to get everyone hot and bothered is show a littttttllllle bit of skin and we all go nuts. Laughing up his sleeve, he is. And I fall for it every time.
