Have there been any leaks about Adam and the judging panel or is this all pure speculation? I also think Adam needs more exposure in US, and given radios neglect, a recurring role on a major TV show would be super helpful to his career. He is so sweet, smart, funny, talented, handsome and lovable that I have no doubts he would get lots of new fans. He has the important attribute of having chemistry with just about everybody from what I've seen so that would be a huge asset to any panel. I promised myself that I would never angst about Adam's career again after the last Idol Judge speculation, so I will try to have que sera sera attitude if this comes about. leaks about Adam. We were talking about Idol sinking in the ratings. |

Yeah, in the US Adam has completely dropped off the radar. Here's hoping his team makes smart choices and radio gives him a shot next album. Don't know if I would be willing to go down the AI road again, lol. For me, I guess it would all depend on who else would be sittting on the panel, because as we've seen this year, chemistry is everything. I will say, next season's AI would probably be amazing timing in terms of album 3... Adam has not completely dropped off the radar. But it is not the time for him to be out promoting anything. I looked at stats of news reports, airplay, streaming media play, online searches, etc. and he has a consistent level of buzz/PR. Adam is focused on doing some high-profile appearances -- like GLAAD and Life Ball, and creating music. There is plenty of time for him to promote the album and work radio when he is done. The promotional cycle is that first a recording artist creates music, then they promote that music when it is available for sale, then they tour to make money. Then they head back into the studio and it starts over again. ** Setting aside any feelings Adam has for Idol -- we know he is a fan and has consistently stayed involved with the show since he left -- and just looking at the numbers.... If Adam was gong to be a vocal talent show judge, I would rather see him do The Voice vs. Idol. The Voice has higher ratings than Idol, and better demos. It also is headed up. |

There are no new discussions between Adam and Idol about being a judge. This was just "what if". The only current Idol judge rumor is that they have talked to J.Lo about coming back as a judge to replace Mariah for the rest of the season. It was denied and the producers and FOX say the only discussions were with J.Lo to be on the Finale. |

I agree! There is only one other show out there that would give Adam the exposure Idol does. Being a judge is no longer a stigma. And Adam would be the best judge ever so no worries! As far as I'm concerned, re AI, this is how it goes: Adam watches it. Adam tweets about it all the time. Adam wants to be the judge. I think he loves the damn thing:) So, that's why I want him to have it. As you can see, I'm being completely irrational. On a more rational note, I think it cannot harm him and it would definitely contribute to his exposure. On the question whether Adam would 'save' it, it's the least important issue, because the show itself is irrelevant to me. What is relevant are Adam's wishes, and the exposure he would get. I really hope he gets it, he would be happy as a kid in a candy store, I think. Ya, it's pretty obvious he loves the show!  |

Following today's AI discussion I decided to custom-order a whole slew of "trust a bitch" t-shirts .... then I found that's my opinion for the "twitter followers topic" as well. He's a master at both. Looooved seeing his first tweet someone posted yesterday ... he has come a loooong way  no, seriously, does someone have a good "trust a bitch" design hidden in a drawer? Didn't check Lambosessed's website because that usually overloades my poor laptop, but it is the place I will go to rather then (poorly) design my own. ETA: My computer finally coughed up the Lambosessed store (my fav for fan merch) and there are "only" "werk bitch" Shirts, so I would be happy for any ideas for "trust a bitch" And to show I am not all talk, I really did buy that Teddy Mercury shirt Teddy and I joked about, also some great designs Sutan does NOT sell anymore (because he realised he does not ship to Europe AFTER I ordered LOL) |

Anyway, bullsfan, I agree! Next season would be the perfect timing for promoting his new music as an Idol judge. Honestly, this season would have been too late!

On the other hand, 'Project Runway' with Adam as a judge aired in Zimbabwe tonight:))) Yay!  Fatima Jeradi@goddessbyfatima Adam Lambert this man is gorgeous, judging project runway tonight. I want him jumping out of my refrigerator, I do. Speaking of refrigerators, he does jump out of that particular one, a lot. But he has done sooo much! I just remembered today hearing Chokehold for the first time on that Jezebel magazine party and literally dying of love for it! I have loved it ever since:) I can't even remember all the stuff he's done since then, there are so many. He has done everything he could, and would have done more, if he could. |
