Hmmm. Alex Forriols. He sure likes Adam's songs. Enough to copy them almost exactly, note for note, riff for riff. I guess I cannot blame him. Why change a song that has already been interpreted magnificently? How can one improve on Adam? But, dude, that is not artistry, that's mimicry. (And Adam's tone is still richer and fuller and betterer.)

QueenAI- my basement? I wish it were nearly as sexy as this. Nothing but boxes of stuff that require my attention sometime, some year.... when I am less busy watching Adam videos. Yup, in other words, never. This guy and his videos were all over Atop at the time he was on his reality show in Spain, whatever it was called, I forgot, but Denia explained it to us at the time. So, you just joined us too late and musta missed the action. I wish I had something like him in my basement, lol. Even though I doubt he plays on my team either. Guess my husband does not have to worry quite yet. By the way, can you tell these Austrians how to spell 'Lambert', please? Jeeez. Not exactly an exotic and difficult name for German speaking folks. But it went out wrong in the press release, so you know that these folks using the press release to prepare themselves for their commentaries are going to have trouble finding him, if he is misspelled. I tried to put a commentary under the text, but it does not let me from here. Perhaps you are able to put a comment there. ETA: cassie, totally agree. Missing the creative side. Hence also limitations to his career as far as I can tell, because I cannot find that he had much career since that show that brought him to our and Spain's attention. Hopefully musical theater gives him a chance somewhere. This is the guy that belongs where others do the creative work for him and he can just lend the vocals. |

Yep, they spelled him LAMPERT but I let it go because ... as much as Glambert's would not want to know, the opening song is just a tiny little stone in the whole life ball mosaique. The whole thing is sooo big, Adam just might drown in it ... not in a negative way, Glamberts will pour over it for ages ... but the whole frame is just soooo huge and political and at the same time contained to our puny little no-one-knows-them stars... a very strange mixture ... At the same time huge as well as very local. .... My personal hero is the boss of it all, Kerry Keszler ... go google :-D |
