Haven't been on the site today, I'm not feeling well ![]() so I am reading back to front. I see that there is some disappointment with Adam not being front and center. I thought the number was really lovely. Angie was the main focus as she should be. She was the contestant and Adam was the alum who is now a star.  |

The 19-year-old singer was shockingly voted out of the competition last week and came in third place. During the finale episode, Angie performed the song “Titanium” with Adam and then the song “Domino” with Jessie.

I'm not unhappy or ungrateful--just contrary to HSM. ![]() But the song was only 2:30 minutes (I subtracted the 20 sec intro by Ryan). The original is 4:05. Songs are typically around 4 minutes nowadays (do I sound old?). JessieJ was the big deal tonight, but I long to hear him sing so beautifully. ![]() </img> [grins, hugs holst] The Idol finale is a TV show that has to completely fit into a two hour window with room for sponsor's commercials. Its more typical than not for songs to get shortened. Heck, on the *competition* shows contestants usually only get ~90 seconds for a song. Adam used every second he had on stage wisely, making both him and Angie both sound stunning during it. I know, I know, I know. But that Frankie Vali thing went on forever. I'll have a gruel lollie tonight. Please, Hoppers, I want more (Adam, that is).  |

Q3 - thanks for replying. I have looked in both places including "recent places" and have looked again just to be sure and nothing! nada! ![]() I know its me, but where oh where do I send it? I always have my music downloads defaulted to iTunes. That way I can always find it. |

Adam's performance with Angie was brilliant. The songs gave me chills. I ain't got nothing to say bout what came after. I choose to stick with what was awesome. Awesome = Everything Adam does. That's all I have to say about that. It really was brilliant. So beautiful. |

His performance with Angie brings tears to my eyes and squeezes my heart. So tender and so strong. Their voices fit together like a long black leather glove. Really touching how he made sure it was hers. Yes, I have watched the Adam portion of the HQ vid several times now... and the vocal harmony was flawless. Their voices worked well. I notice Adam took the lower harmony on most duets parts - that was a treat. LOVED this duet:-) |

I thought no introduction was perfect! There he was at the end of the piano, back to the audience in the dark! The screams! GAH! Perfect! I loved it that way!!

Thought Adam was AMAZING....that song had Adam written all over it. He had to come with the request to do that as the duet don't ya think!
