I thought no introduction was perfect! There he was at the end of the piano, back to the audience in the dark! The screams! GAH! Perfect! I loved it that way!! I love the beautiful duet and how they did it visually. My problem was with the whole thing after they called Adam back to the stage. I wonder if the arrangement and staging was basically Adam's idea? |

[grins, hugs holst] The Idol finale is a TV show that has to completely fit into a two hour window with room for sponsor's commercials. Its more typical than not for songs to get shortened. Heck, on the *competition* shows contestants usually only get ~90 seconds for a song. Adam used every second he had on stage wisely, making both him and Angie both sound stunning during it. I know, I know, I know. But that Frankie Vali thing went on forever. I'll have a gruel lollie tonight. Please, Hoppers, I want more.  [grins] Well, if yer really desperate, I'm sure I've still got some leftover chopped-liver-on-a-stick that anthro rejected years ago hiding in the carpetbag's deep freezer. I'll haul it out and chip off the moldy bits if ya want!! ;-> |

4Msrym , am using Firefox. I downloaded it in firefox. I picked "save file" and found it in my "downloads" folder. I am using Windows 7. It is a great download, so clear |

This video has great audio. His lower register is so BEAUTIFUL... Listening to Adam singing Titanium reminded me of what Kara said that he can sing from high register to lower register so smoothly and who can sing like that .. ADAM LAMBERT |

Oh, and I'll assume that the Frankie Valli thing went on for a while as it was supporting all 3 male contestants.
[shrugs]. Admittedly hypothesizing as, after being away for almost two weeks, was happily engaging in belated snuggletime with my kid, and missed the early parts of the show.
