warning: stupid question: Why should I care how many hits this video gets? The reason for the question: I am not interested in promoting Angie, I am not interested in promoting Titanium, and I don't think the number of hits on this video will have any effect on future Adam's treatment by AI whatsoever. Q3 - thank you for the Titanium numbers update.  I'm interested in promoting ADAM.. He has done an amazing job on Titanium and has received in ,my estimation, the most positive critiques ,so far of all the acts on the Idol finale. Also I can't help but replay this amazing duet so far maybe 50 or more times from last night to this morning.I finally tore myself away from the replay button enough to get out of my bathrobe to take a shower. Here I am all dressed and ready to go and I'm on Titanium replay again.. please someone HELP me.I believe the hits on YouTube also count towards popularity for ADAM.. RIGHT?? Replays do not count. So if you want to hear it 50 more times, go right ahead, but do it because you love the performance. Honestly, there are no easy ways to beat the system. And unless you want to create very sophisticated online robots, there is not way to drive up the YT counter. Just like you can have 20,000,000 ID's following you on Twitter, but if they are dead accounts, it will not matter. |

Anyone know what this comment means? He wasn't wearing much makeup. Opera fans--you gotta clue? I googled "Leontyne Price makeup" and got the photo. Makes me wonder whether the reviewer actually watched Adam's performance. Adam wasn't wearing much makeup. (I didn't see any nail polish, either.)  The article also mentioned Leontyne makeup and Aretha Franklin.. They think they were just kidding around.. |

Q3 - thank you for the Titanium numbers update. Actually, FOX pays a lot of attention to social media buzz numbers (including YouTube numbers) and so do most media outlets. The number of views/clicks is important but also the number of Favorites, or thumbs up an artist gets matters. And the official Titanium video has 1,664 up, 12 down. Titantium has about 1200 more views than Domino--so far. |

I could hardly sleep last night. How is he real and so amazing? I got home a little late and was just into the performance stuff so I missed that he said he was in the studio. And he is going to New York in a couple weeks. So exciting! And I am really excited about next week and the new song too!
I'll try not to think about the judge stuff too much but it's so weird to me how they can have somebody right under their noses and so obviously perfect and not use him.
I need to go watch his performance a few more times before I head out. I really loved everything about it. I'm enjoying all the berty posts and tweets today!

I am listening,not on repeat but going back time and time again because I'm addicted and need some counseling.LOL.. Leontyne Price was famous for her flawless look and was described as "glowing".   |

Good morning. I'm still hitting the 'reply button' from last nights performance! I'm loving awakening up to more great reviews praising the duet!!  I'm anxious now to watch the interview Lynsey Parker said she was pleasantly surprised to get with Adam last night! I googled her name and there are pics with her and celebrities she's interviewed. Adam has LOTS of pics there!! She definitely is an Adam fan!  Come on Lynsdey....want to hear your Idol recap and the interview with Adam!! I think this old photo was taken when she interviewed Adam when he was nominated for a Grammy.  |

Now after listening to the duet over and over and over (and LOVING every second of it) can I just say that I don't really love Adam's shirt..... eta: "Stay" breaks my heart for reasons that became apparent later on. I do think Adam sings certain covers for a reason. We know the reason that he sang Titanium -- Angie picked it. And JMHO I do not think "Stay" had anything to do with what was going on between Adam and Sauli at the time. (Sorry if I misinterpreted your point.) It is a great song, and covered by so many artists. In any case, Adam has never said anything to connect his cover of "Stay" directly to his relationship with Sauli. But thanks for the excuse to post this... youtu.be/ISY6Pz3kxeYSorry, don't agree -- only speculation on my part -- it may be that Stay is a spectacular song and that's why he picked it but I think otherwise (with no substantiation whatsoever). It IS a stellar song and he killed it. I'm supremely happy that he chose to cover it -- maybe he only chose it because he got GREAT press from it -- I just feel otherwise. And, I know that Angie chose the duet and that's reason enough for Adam to sing it. That wasn't HIS cover, it was hers. |
