Dont know what you saw but all I saw was mutual respect between Adam, Angie, and JJ. Ryan did say and Adam Lambert! here in NZ tonight, and they all hugged in the end, I think people are over - exagerrating here, Adam was the celebrity guest doing a duet with one of the shows contestents. Yes JJ did one of her songs, but it was pretty obvious Angie and JJ were not a good match, over and under singing each other. What Adam got out of it was he showed more then his vocal qualities, he almost under sang to give Angie her moment, and thats not something I can say about say Jhud for example who was clearly trying to "outsing" Candace. I agree! And it is Adam's duet that all the press is talking about! Why? It was a true duet, not just 2 people singing together (refer back to seoulmate's beautiful post.) Oh, and JJ is not as big here as you might think, Kamar. I would bet that more people watching Idol knew who Adam was than Jessie J. When they heard Domino they probably said, "Oh, her!" I saw her last year in a venue that only holds 300 people because she was not ready for large venues in the US yet. This time around I think she will "graduate" to larger venues.

Adam and Angie were absolutely fabulous.. Adam is unique singing treasure.. Angie is very talented young girl. I hope that she will continue the singing, do not stop after one hit song. This GIF! One of my favorite parts of the song, when he looks at her with a proud big brother smile!

Loving the performance even more today and appreciating his extreme professionalism and amazing voice. I whined last night about the song not being long enough, and I still feel it today. I would have loved for him to have a chance at singing the soaring melody. I can hear it in my mind and it is otherworldly. [sigh] On a stage craft note, did anyone else notice his theater training come into play when he walked to the end of the piano at about :30? He turns in way that I bet most people wouldn't--without putting his back to the audience. I think I would naturally swing around the opposite way. YES!! I noticed it the 2nd time I watched it and it made me smile BIG!

Awww albiku! Let me hug you! I agree with every word you say - I wanna flail and bert cause I love the duet more than I can say! Awwww, lemme hug you too!!!!! Last night I swear I was left almost speechless, I didn't know what to say, and in a really good way. My good friend Pitty (my K-Pop friend I've mentioned before, you know) was watching the live stream and we were talking via Skype. We almost cried, we loved it so much. We didn't have words to describe how good it had been. We were like: "OMG, did you see him? Did you see him? OMG, so good!!!" "OMG, yes!!! So gentle, so respectful, so gorgeously sung!!!" "YES, total eargasm, OMG!!!"
And so on... LOL

I noticed the turn too -- how Adam -- I LOVED this performance. The Idol folks (and Idol America) must feel slightly embarrassed whenever he performs.......runner-up? (not that it matters, j/s)
