Great Dance beat... I think this song is really going to sell for the Aids Charity. IMHO this is not a professional video and if not, the sound is pretty remarkable .

........ So, probably SW coat after all. Sad to see it go but Adam has done the trick many times over and seems not to be too attached to their sentimental value. I think he is happy to have it renewed. ETA I didn't look the SW video which was the argument against LB coat being SW coat based on the missing armpit holes. Maybe the hole were made later during the tour? I think almost all his stage clothes have the holes. Necessary for this type of coat especially. And I remember now the interview where he said it was in the BM, didn't he say it was about ruined or something to the effect, having sand everywhere. Well, if the SW coat was about ruined, then that would be an argument for the LB coat to be a newly made one in the same style. There is at least 5 pounds of stones on that coat, so if the material was too thin or too week from wear, then it would not hold up with the stoning. If it is the SW coat, then it would have had to be seriously taken in on the back because the LB coat is definitely more fitted to lower on the back than the SW coat. ETA - Next time Adam has a twitter party, or an interviewer asks for questions, we can ask this question. It's the only way we will ever know for sure! Maybe 'ruined' was my imagination but it sure was well-used coat already, probably not in good enough shape to wear 'officially' as such. With the embroidery as good as new - for a one-time performance of one song. Also, it looks like the heavy stones are in the upper half of the coat. Lower part has shiny thread and perhaps some light-weight 'plates' - maybe the fabric was ok for that. And yeah, no way of knowing for sure. Would like to see it from the back, not moving - but that's for tomorrow, too tired now.

In one of the radio promo gigs a fan asked Adam if he still had the sleepwalker coat. He said he had worn it to Burning Man and it was perfect because it had ventilation in the arm pits. Don't know if that helps or hurts the debate on whether the coat is the same. It would be a simple modification to close up the sleeve vents. It would be much harder to embellish that coat around and under the buttons. It is either the Sleepwalker coat or cut to be very similar.

And if they have to make a new copy of Sleepwalker coat, why should they also put the buttons on this supposedly "new" coat. Those buttons on the new coat didn't serve the purpose because they're buried among those heavy embroidery.

Weren't there duplicates of those GNT costumes? Maybe one coat went to Burning Man and one stayed home...
