But neither Adam nor Sauli are truly family or even friends to any of us, since we do not know them personally. We are fans who support Adam's career, but we are not family. And not everyone is heavily invested in Adam's love life. I wish Adam all the happiness in the world, but I'm not really interested in who he dates. That is his private life (which should remain as private as he chooses it to be, IMO). My main interest is in his professional life -- his music, and his other accomplishments. And I'm only interested in Adam's friends to the degree that what they do is of interest to me (for example, Adam's friend Ty Taylor, who is in a great band called Vintage Trouble). Sauli seems like a nice person but until he actually does something of interest, I can't consider myself to be a fan. Different strokes for different folks. YMMV.  Hear, hear! Hear, hear, here! |

Adam was at the City Council yesterday . Wearing a fitter outfit , thank God
Love everything that's happening to Adam at the moment !! But the climax of yesterday's "Awww"-ness was Eber's tweet .
Like , seriously .
As for Adam's personal and Love life , I just want Adam to be as Happy as Happy can be . I want him to be very , very Happy .
I don't care what it takes , but I want him Happy .
That's it .
And for the "Leo DiCaprio" Lookalike , Yeah , I said it in the past , he sometimes resembles him
Adam said he has a crush on Leo , and because Leo looks like Adam , I say Adam HAS to have a crush on himself .

Yup, everyone is different. I know we aren't really family, but Adam does call us his "glamily" and that's good enough for me. I have to admit I am heavily invested in Adam, the man, not just performer, so his lovelife does interest me because I want him to be happy. I was glad to find out through one of the translations of Sauli's blog that Sauli was at Leila's birthday party. For me, it felt good that Adam and Sauli are friends, if not lovers any more. I hope for all the best for Adam as if he were one of my family. I feel the same way. I can't help but feel emotionally invested in all aspects of Adam's life. |

If you haven't watched the city council presentations yet, give your fan-self a treat and do it. Just watching Adam standing their while others speak, so tall, so interested, so Zen-ishly still. I swear you can just feel how attentive, thoughtful, strong and proud he is.
And, really, that council president was not faking his enthusiasm for Adam one iota IMHO. I had to chuckle and shake my head when he couldn't recall Kris Allen's name and bluntly said Adam only lost to him cuz he was gay and that that was "wrong"! Well, there you have it, I guess it's official now.
And the mayor mentioning Adam's eyes and smile - that did surprise me! I wonder what Adam thought of THAT . . . But how can I blame the mayor for going there? God knows I've been much shallower.
The all female vocal group performance was cool, the other honorees' stories so interesting and worthwhile, and the clamoring for pics with Adam. All quite a treat.
