Hi again Lorraine,
When you log in you will see, in the same line (purple for me) the word 'messages'. This is where you click to privately message other members and if you have an unread message waiting for you, there will be a number beside the word. Just click on messages and it will be clear.
I will PM you with the further info you might need.
