Addressed the wank over the Trevor/ATT/Hollywood event at the end of yesterday's thread but am putting it hre too.
Let me tell ya, the KIIS tickets are for anyone who belongs to their VIP Club. It is a KIIS promo. IDK, what stardust meant about lying about her demo, but there is no question about demo, for this promo other than the fact that you have to be in 5 counties that are in the KIIS listening area.
Have no idea why the original idea of a small intimate show was changed to a small club show. I would guess that either Trevor, ATT or Adam's management wanted more people IDK. I have contributed plenty to Trevor project in donations. I have no guilt about being there. As a matter of fact, it's not the first Trevor Project event I have been to. That was not an Adam event and I went to support the organization. Why should I feel differently about this one?
My guess about size is that there will be about 300 people there.

What I was trying to say really was that other fans are going to make there own choices and I really can't spend much time "wanking" if their choices are different than mine because my "wank" would make no difference anyway. Unpopular opinion, I know, but it would be nice if the tix for the AT&T showcase went to actual LGBT youth, or at least listeners of the station....sometimes just because you can doesn't mean you should. Know any LGBT kids? Plenty on twitter lamenting the fact they didn't win..... I don't think it's an unpopular opinion. :( I love that Adams fans love him so much that they will move heaven and earth to see him, and I know everyone's heart is in the right place. But this event was specifically to celebrate LGBT youth. This situation just makes me sad, in many different ways. |
