I missed this weekend’s “make your wish” convo, so hopefully its not too late to share my wishes for Adam and/or Adam’s career. Here goes:
1. IF A3 is not coming out in November 2013 (and there is no indication that it is), then I wish a firm release date for spring 2014 is locked down, where it has the best chance of seeing the highest number of sales.
2. I wish that between now and the end of the calendar year we see 3 separate, indy cool or super star artists release awesome hit songs in the pop, dance and alt market (and crossing between) featuring vocals by Adam Lambert. I want his voice all over the place in connection with other hit makers.
3. I wish the lead single for A3 is funky awesomeness, a la shady, that just screams I am adam fucking lambert, and is so ultra cool it becomes a top 40 airplay hit. And I want this single released 2-3 months before to A3
4. I want Adam to do a live audience televised something or other with Queen, that is BIG and gains tonnes of media and public attention.
5. I want Adam to do a funny youtube sketch with Adam Levine about people mixing them up all the time, and I want it to go viral.
6. I want this seasons So You Think You Can Dance to feature at least one song from Trespassing.
7. I want Justin Timberlake, Mackelmore and Selena Gomez/Miley Cyrus/Demi Lovato (they are all interchangeable to me, lol) to independently discover Trespassing and tweet to their millions of followers about this great artist and song/album they just discovered; and have Nile or Pharrel reply to their tweets saying , yeah, I worked on that too.
8. As soon as A3 is released, I want Adam to tour north America. No fucking radio tours this time, obviously they don’t work. Get on the road right away.
9. And last but not least…I want Adam’s upper lip to develop a bad reaction to hair dye, such that he decides that the clean shaven look is really the easiest and lowest maintenance way to go. :D
