Do you have any idea why they are doing this? I know why Adam is. That is easy. I expect that it will be just QAL but let me hope that we finally get Adam+Katy Perry. With or without QUEEN. Since they have the same management, it seems possible. And while I love QUEEN, I also would like to see Adam with a current pop artist. I think they are doing this because they don't really want to do much touring but they do like performing still so a few random dates at festivals is right up their alley. And doing something in the US? Even better for them at this point. I don't think we'll ever see a major tour from Brian/Roger again. Brian can do this tour with Kerry because it's very low key. Acoustic with stools. We could see Roger doing a small UK tour for his album but something that keeps him close to home and without all the hoopla. If Bri and Rog were going to tour as Queen they'd feel pressured to make the big spectacle that Queen was...it's go big or go home kind of thing with all the bells and whistles. SO these festival type appearances are better on themselves. Seems sensible. This is also nice because it is not an arena show -- but huge exposure from media. ** For Adam this will give him a great radio and media networking opportunity + all the benefits of doing such a high profile concert. By September, he should have something new to share -- and least privately. |

Since all these stations will be promoting QAL(orALQ  ), is it possible they will play some of the songs, or at least clips, from last year's concerts in advance of the festival? For those here who have personal connections, will it be good to talk with djs about that? It seems many of them, up to this point at least, have been unaware those concerts even happened. Maybe DMG and Shoshanna have already handled that... So much good stuff coming. And it's really cute that Miley is excited about Adam! |

WOW . So now I'm gonna write about three beautiful things :
1 - Pictures of Adam and Sauli together : I love that they are still friends . No drama whatsoever . I also love Adam's t-shirt , and his shoes/sandals .
2 - THERE IS NEW SHEEEIT FROM ADAM LAMBERT !!!! AND PEOPLE ARE LISTENING TO THIS NEW SHEEEIT !!! AND I'M NOT ONE OF THEM !!!!!! I'M GREEN WITH ENVY !! I CAN'T EVEN !!!!! I WANNA BE ONE OF THOSE BIOTCHEZZZ !!! I WANNA LISTEN TO THAT NEW SHEEIT LIKE RIGHT THE FUCK NOW !!!! I SAID NOW !!! *pants* phew , ok , rant over .. I got tired of yelling ....

AHHAHHHAHH!!! GREAT NEWS! MY HEAD IS SPINNING!!! IM STUCK ON PERMANENT CAPS-LOCK… So much incredible news coming in about Adam, I can barely take it. Add that to the fact that RL is CRAZZZZY…in the last two weeks at work I’ve had unprecedented number of big contracts and negotiations all come to fruition at the same time, and I’m trying to plan and pack for an extended family vacation this week and I’m so stressed and so buzzed and so happy, oh my gosh, I can’t sleep…HERE COME THE CAPS AGAIN!!! GOTTA GET BACK TO WORK, THE CEO IS STANDING AT MY OFFICE DOOR WATCHING ME POST THIS, LOL! (He thinks I’m texting, which is fine.  ) ![]() You naughty employee. Have they ever done a radio sponsored festival like this before? Do the Freddie/MJ tracks have a release date? Not really. They usually do charity shows. The only non charity shows off the top of my head were The Party in The Palace in the UK for the Queen's Jubilee and on Queen's Day in Amsterdam in 2002. The Queen + MJ tracks do not have a release date at all. Queen is doing a ballads compilation in 2013 with a "new track" but I had heard it was a different track. so who really knows...but they aren't going to be pushing a new track here. I would be 99.99% positive. They always do WWRY/WATC in any kind of set. Unless they are only doing 1-2 songs. I would guarantee a WWRY/WATC closing...perhaps with the cast It would definitely be more upbeat...but I'd bet one or or two ballads from AL. (Who Wants To Live Forever, Save Me, etc.) Do you think the 'other' artist may be Psy? Brian May did mention a collaboration. I HIGHLY doubt it. in the same interview he said Psy was remixing a song for them and that maybe they would do something eventually...but not anytime soon. |

And I think she likes Adam. I thought from the very beginning it was going to be a judge announcement but I understood Fox would want to do that on their network. I do think this is not a coincidence and I think those three would make a totally awesome panel Wow! Just watched the clip and she just totally blurted out that Adam was going to be there; out of all the artists she could have mentioned. Totally think we might be looking at a panel of Miley, Keith, and Adam (and possibly an R&B female) This is what is on my mind too. Looking at the people he has been around since the DIVAS event and also seeing how people seem to get on "circuits", Adam appears to be on a circuit now... Not good at explaining what I mean, so perhaps our writers can expand on this thought. Hopefully someone knows what I am trying to get at. Anyway, once you get into the "circuit" you start to get other gigs with people on the circuit. |
