Now this article kinda made me smile. This guy has never heard Adam sing. He doesn't expect to like him much. He is an old school rocker, I think. Boy, is he in for a surprise Saturday! And look at who he expects to be Adam's primary audience. "Don’t tell anyone I told you this: I’ve never heard an Adam Lambert song. I will shortly — because I’m doing a story about this year’s Mid-State Fair acts. But before this, I’d never seen him on “American Idol,” never heard one of his songs on the radio and never YouTubed one of his videos. Maybe it’s a sign of my age, but I’m just not into reality show singers. Now Van Halen — those boys rock! And John Mayer — he’s a little weird some times, but have you heard him play guitar? I guess I’m feeling a little judgmental and curmudgeonly. ................... Lambert does have a great vocal range — listen to him belt out Zeppelin on “American Idol,” and you’ll be impressed — he incorporates theatrical elements during his live shows and has a sense for fashion. But I’m guessing the only people over 18 at this show will be parents of those under 18." restless I think I know what happened. Adam made a statement regarding his British fans and referred to all of them as "Lambrits" in a very generic way. This upset@UKGlambert, who happens to run another UK fansite, and from what I heard, does not like the Lambrits. She sent a long tweet to Shoshanna about it which proceeded to go viral. Like why doesn't Adam know the difference between the two groups or some such thing. . Most of the other Adam fans who saw her tweet retweeted it and made negative comments re her complaining about such a thing to Shoshanna. I think that's it. I STAYED OUT OF IT. Thank you for explaining. The whole complex world of Adam fans is beyond Adam. Glamberts, Lamshanks, Loyal Minons, Lambrits and UK Glamberts, and so on. Me....I am just a plain Adam fan. |

Just a thought.... Heidi and Mel are both self proclaimed Adam fans. Do you think this could have something to do with the use of TFM an Adam vocal?
