Okay, I'm usually wrong with any guess I've made, but I try.
First I thought 4 fingers can mean 4 judges on Idol so with some other clues it might be Adam as one of the judges on Idol.
But then I got another idea:
Mountains (those hils in the drawing), Tree, V (Adam's arms in the pic make the letter). And those four fingers are not 4 days, but 4 months - so it means some MTV event that takes place four months from now (in November).
Probably not true, but I had to try.

My 2nd attempt at mashed potatos: How about Adam is giving us clues where he and Queen are having additional concerts:
D - Dr. May, R - Roger Taylor, E - European Music Awards, W - Worldwide
Red Light clue - red light district is in Amsterdam where the 2013 EMA's will be held.
Trees - Urban dictionary definition for marijuana (another clue for Amsterdam)
Ashleigh also says the word down..Netherlands - Neder means down.
Perhaps tearing out the page and and redoing the picture references doing the EMA's again.
Dancing with Ashleigh (their version of a waltz, with saloon music playing in background I believe is Waltzing Matilda which is a popular Australian folksong to this day..so Australia will have a concert.
That's as far as I got...don't know about the mountains..no mountains in Amsterdam. Perhaps Switzerland??
As you can see I couldn't sleep last night and when my first attempt at mashed potatos failed I thought I would revisit some of the clues...oh well at the very least it was fun!

I'm certainly not a very good sleuth but is there any way to zoom in on Adam's fingers on the Apple? Between the second and third knuckles look unusually white, is it possible that these are letters written in white on each of the 4 fingers? Could just be the lighting and probably nothing but the game is fun

In this keek that TJ posted Adam & Ashley are swing dancing but the music is the rinkydink music that used to play during silent movies. (And NO I do not have personal experience with that!). Has anyone suggested a clue from that?
He's going to be in a remake of Silence of the Lamb?
He'll be performing The Sound of Silence at his next performance?
He's doing a Christmas album that includes Silent Night?
He intends to keep silent about everything?
