Maybe the Fan Club could do it but I doubt it. Ticketmaster and many venues have an advance group sales program. But it would need to be a secondary market. I bet the Mid-California State Fair would have done something for a group. >> But there is a trade off -- the tickets are not up front. Fan club gets pretty good ticket blocks. Not the best, but far better than the general public. Promotional events, like iHeartRadio, no chance. Same for something like the iTunes Festival which has a promo lottery for the 160 tickets in the iTunes raffle. The fan club sold excellent tickets for both Del Mar and Paso Robles. Many fans got front row seats at Paso! Another reason why the audience was so nuts!! Yes, even though I didn't end up sitting in them, I got 3 front row for Paso - there were a lot of fan club tickets in the first 3 rows - I was impressed with what the fan club got there - I think Del Mar had pretty good ones too, although I used the fair pre-sale for that one. It would be so cool if they could do more like that next time! Although my dream is also for Adam to get to play larger arenas someday, or a mix of some kind - it would be so fun for him to have the budget for top notch sets, dancers, etc. not for us fans especially but I think he would really love it. |

That was what I was trying to say -- Ticketmaster Group Sales will sell large blocks of tickets in advance, but they are not up front. The Fan Club gets good tickets and better than group sales or the general public. And they are not available for many concerts. |
