Just NO NO NO to Jlo and Will.I.Am...especially Will.I.Am...Do you remember the English talk show he was on with Adam...he hogged the whole show and cut Adam off...Idol doesn't need someone who has to be the center of attention all the time...the contestants would NOT come first...that said, I don't dislike his music. |

I actually thought Adam and Lee were in business last year when Lee expanded to a nice new office and added graphics design. He did do all the photo work for Trespassing. I always wondered how many albums Scarlett sold? We have Allison, Scarlett, Adam all looking to make albums. Maybe it's a recording studio.

I seriously hate reading Shirley whatever her last name is nowadays. HURRRUMPPHH!!

I do not think there will be Cherry Records. Lee Cherry really does not have the track record to get that kind of funding.
That space looks like it would be great for a new studio for Cherry Multimedia -- Video, photography and design.

JLo and will.i.am are truly awful choices for Idol judges. will.i.am was not good on XFactor or The Voice UK. And JLo?!?
But interesting that Adam's name was still rumored to be in the mix.
Also, looks like Idol is starting the PR leaks. We know from Ryan that they have the panel so it is just a matter of them saying who it is.

Am I crazy -- didn't Ryan say they had a great panel of judges indicating the decision was already made?
They have to have an African American and a Latina/Latino.
So THR has.....
Keith Urban returning - country covered
JLo top of the list negotiation for money - latina covered! [Idol/Fox will pay her.]
Two African American contenders - will.i.am [yuck!] and maybe JHud
One open chair - Dr. Luke [but "but a source says Idol has cooled on him"] and maybe Adam
Keith, JLo, JHud and Adam -- I could watch. But JLo and JHud is one too many Divas!
Keith, JLo, will.i.am and Dr. Luke -- ummmm no!
Keith, JLo, will.i.am and Adam -- I would DVR it and skip all the will.i.am parts!
But is this the best they can do? Because I do not see any chemistry happening with any of these combos.
ETA: I honestly do not care that much about Adam being on Idol. I know he has great things in store no matter what they decide and, if this list is real, then Idol is on a death march to 6-7 million viewers this season. When the mighty fall, they fall.

Awesome!! Confirmation that Adam has been in negotiations! ![]() Everything else in that article is regurgitated news (besides the mention of Dr Puke!) Looks like Idol is amping up the rumor machine, for perhaps an announcement next week!  There hasn't been anything since early June. |
