OK, you tell me that guy in the upper right in the above photo looks good with that subble? Well at least Adam looks better than that. I will shut-up now, I've said enough. Thanks for putting up with my venting:-)

The part is so cute at 1:04 where the lady says "stay here, stay here" and he responds with "ok, ok"!

As a point of comparison, Cheyenne Jackson, who played the gay singing coach role on "Glee" Adam may now be stepping into, is getting a lot of bad publicity in the gay community for leaving his partner of two years, getting tattoos, and GROWING A MUSTACHE. rumorfix.com/2013/08/cheyenne-jackson-explains-tattoo-mustache-more/He also may have a new pornstar boyfriend and be back on drugs. But he is being asked to explain the Melvin! I know the backstory may not be the same with Adam. But my point is that for gay men today a mustache "signifies" going "cray-cray". [snickers] Well admittedly THAT mustache looks like he glued a caterpillar to his upper lip!

This is why he went to the premier - so we could have 2.5 minutes of glorious AFL on a red carpet! I want a continuous loop of 1:10-1:12.

I do not understand people who say they are Adam's fans and yet criticize his personal choices for how he presents himself - we do not get to tell him whether he has a beard or not. Along with this, there is also so much criticism regarding his career choices. Goodness, cut the guy some slack, or go find someone who meets your standards and be their fan. I'm sure this will get some people riled up, but reading all this carping when I just want to find out what he's doing and see some pics, is off-putting to me...surely I'm not the only one. You're right. It is off putting when you wanted to come here for some Adam news and find this angst. I have contributed, and for that I am sorry. But it is better to comment here among friends than to take it out on say, twitter, for example. And for some it was just the surprise that it was still there. Because as hoppers said, we start to expect the look to change... and it is just that this has been around much longer than usual. Forgive our angst and know we all do care and respect Adam... At least I do:-)

I do not "say" I am a fan. I am a fan. I have more copies of Trespassing than I will ever be able to play! But I don't think it is right for anyone here to question whether I love Adam. I do.
All of us have our own preferences. Songs we like. Looks we like. If we can't express ourselves here, why even have a "forum". Part of being a community is to be able to freely exchange ideas and opinions.

team #itshisfaceandhecanmelvinifhewantsto We're not *telling* him get rid of the facial hair. We're just *wishing* (out loud among friends) that it would go away. (Different preferences and all that.) Every day for 3 months

[smiles] We're just chit-chatting among ourselves. No one is going up to Adam himself and shouting "Shave dammit, SHAVE !!!!!!" In the same way its ok to talk about his latest outfit, its ok to talk about his hair. Open discussion is something we do on this board, and it is the reason that the board is set up in the manner it exists. [Puts on mod hat for a moment] No one is here who isn't a fan of Adam. Different people like different things, and that's totally ok. But, knowing that everyone here has slightly different tastes, its one of the reasons that we recommend scrolling if the current topic isn't your cuppa. [grins] Like Adam's outfits, the topic will change again soon, and there will ALWAYS be pics! [takes off mod hat to dive back into discussions]

You are kidding, right?! "gay men today" Where? have you seen the photos when Adam is out at the clubs in LA? Have you seen Sauli? Bridger? And countless others whose names I don't know. ETA: Actually, HSM, people on Twitter are saying that to him. When you see it there all day long and then see it here, it gets old.
