Nile did write it. He and Avicii wrote the music, they are the composers. Adam is the lyricist! That was cleared up in the twitter party Thanks, yes certainly I remember the tweet....I just was not sure when Nile uses the term... wrote....that it could apply just to the development of the music. Those of you who understand the music biz ....thanks for bringing clarity to that. The phrase Show me I am the one, tell me I am the one that you need.....is so Adam to me. There was an interview once when he commented ...and I am unsure of the exact phrasing re what he likes/ appreciates in a lover / intimate times......but he he said .....stuff like..... kiss me a lot and tell me nice things. Just in case it was not posted I remember seeing something about 'Oprah: Where are they now?' where Adam might be featured. Somebody had seen promo with his photo. I was trying to find out something else and didn't save the tweet, sorry.

WOW that was fast ...good memory!!! It is one thing to have vague memories but to locate that vid...shheeeessh.
That edited vid was from three years ago!!!
CRAZY.... the things we remember about Adam. Thanks for confirming my recollection.

Nile has already said Avicii is going to be there, so they JUST have to premiere Lay Me Down.....and I am sure Shady will be sung. Okay....what do we make of Nile saying ....I wrote the song...Lay Me Down? I want the details....haha, Music and words, music and ideas? Adam also tweeted he was asked to write for....not just sing for...LMD. Adam collaborating .....whatever parts each of the artists played..they turned out an awesome song. Maybe we will get more defined answers when the song hits. Adam's part in the collaboration was most likely the lyrics. "Lay Me Down" has a similar phrase in "Nirvana" which is "lay you down". |

OMG! I have no idea where this song is from, it is so beautiful I can not stop listening to it. I got shivers, as if I had heard this voice for the first time. It is truly a priceless treasure. ![]() ![]()  Is someone would be so kind and tell me from where this song came from,... pretty please ..  Love it too. Pre-idol. I believe there are 2 versions of it on the album he did not want released. There are several songs on that album I really liked. Can't recall the album title. |

I see a lot of speculation on twitter about what's happening with Glee. I guess we wonder the same thing too, especially with Adam sightings in NY. Apparently filming started today in some capacity somewhere. Chris Colfer is in NY promoting his book and seems to have a full schedule with that. Lea Michele made an appearance at Thompson Beverly Hills hotel on Saturday and the articles lead to believe that she moved to LA for the filming period. ETA Darren Criss posted on IG a pic of classroom with a caption "Annnnnnnnnd back to work." instagram.com/p/corCx-j1La/ To me that suggests that he is filming in LA. As has been said before, we don't know if Adam will be part of the first couple of episodes or not. *** Then there is the mysterious tweet about gospel choir meeting Adam. The massmisschoir had rehearsals during the weekend for their 25th anniversary concert (Sep 20) and I understand that a live recording will be made of that performance. Will the choir join Glee or is their meeting Adam just a coincidence or do they have some other project??? |
