thelambertluvva said: Besides these things happening, I have been quite encouraged by the posts of two Asians in IDF (the one South Korean and one Thai). If you haven't already heard, IIHU is charting now on the South Korean equivalent of Billboard and the Thai person said every time she turns on the TV, the NCOE video is playing. She said this is not just Thailand but all over Asia. They are even suggesting he come back to Asia and tour and Sony should re-release Trespassing. I have been keeping an eye on NCOE video because it seems to be gaining views quickly for an old song without radio play. In the last five days it gained, 16,968, 16,628, 17,749 and 15,097 which is a pretty good clip IMO. By comparison, trespassing ,which we are pushing as fans on Atop, gains a little over 3K a day. I wonder if this view increase could be because of Asian fans? That's interesting, jean1010. I bet that it is what it is. Are all Asian countries able to see YouTube videos? I wonder if it is his video with the highest daily rate of increase. And given that IIHU is charting in South Korea, I wonder if it also getting a high daily rate of increase. IIHY got to 38M views a few day before NCOE passed 16M. Since those respective million milestones NCOE has gained 252, 368 more and IIHY has gained 218,358 more views. Both moving well, but NCOE has a little edge and it got a little later start.

so Sony could re-release TP in Asia and Adam loses those royalties, correct? I guess any Adam promo anywhere is good for next time, just curious how this works.

Even though Adam has parted ways with RCA, Adam wrote most of the songs on TP album. I think he will still get those royalties from being the songwriters. However, he will not get those royalties from IIHY (Max Martin) & NCOE (Bruno Mars), since he didn't write both these songs. But, if both of these songs are so popular now in Asia, they keep Adam's name out in public. So hopefully when he releases his new album it will help him in Asia.

No, it was just a suggestion posted from a South Korean fan from IDF. He and a fan from Thailand were discussing how popular Adam is in Asia and he made that suggestion that Sony should re-release Trespassing. I do remember interviews where he said he does singing exercises every day, like scales. My three daughters all sang and also did musical theater since they were five and they were ALWAYS singing and practicing and rehearsing at home. Never a quiet moment with three of them (then my son came along and played the drums...*sigh*) and Adam's brother said he was always always singing at home. Singers just gotta sing, it's in them. Adam used to have a vocal coach traveling with him, not sure if he still does. I don't remember that he traveled with a vocal coach. More info please. I remember before (?) GlamNation a student of an LA vocal teacher Twittered that his lesson got changed because Adam Lambert wanted a coaching session. That's all I've ever heard. Also I remember Adam saying that he worked with a coach to alter song keys, etc., for GN to make sure he would not over stress his voice. I've seen several references to the coach, but it was at least a couple of years ago, during GNT. Maybe someone knows more about it.
