OT mostly but I just got some great news! I have been working on some research for about 2-1/2 years that was a bit off-of-center (that is not mainstream). There have been many times when I just wanted to quit and be "normal". I just get official support from not only the highest level of my University but also another major University that is located about 20 miles away and is working in similar areas. It is a big deal. Not just support for the research project but support for me!  In the tough times, looking at what Adam and more importantly Adam fans are capable of has been part of my inspiration to just do it and not worry about what people think, or what credentials I lack, or what I do not know, or so many other reasons to just go back to doing what I know how to do -- and be normal! |

I don't think Adam has shut anyone out, especially fans. He tweets or IGs almost every day! Remember, before IG, when we used to beg for photos from him? Now he does a few a week and we are begging for more tweets! LOL! As far as his face in those pics, he was walking alone, people! What do you do when you are walking alone! Smile at yourself? LOL! His pics with his friends are great! Might be a little projecting by some. |

I am so happy that I have this silly grin on my face! Not sure I have been this happy/relieved about work ever before! Let me warmly congratulate you! It's not easy to get that kind of fulfillment in any working environment, let alone University and research. I don't always agree with you , but I do always admire and respect your work here, and I believe you do your job with same integrity, discipline and quality, so it's only natural it gets noticed!! Enjoy the feeling! |
