Well that is just really poor headline click getting....they contradict them selves...it looks like they have thrown out a few lines and tacked it on top of an article saying the opposite...sort of...and then posted. Gives journalists and media a bad name...sheesh... Yeah...but it doesn't surprise me anymore. Mention Adam's name and you get hits....never mind how accurate you are with what you say!

Seriously this is not an Idol roller coaster -- it is more like Idol merry-go-round!! We have been here before! Too bad Ignjatovic and Prager do not pick the judges!!
And the spinoff article is just toooooooooooo funny! Now that headline will get picked up and we will get another round!!

Restless wrote this last night:
I am not really sure how it goes, but this is my guess: he probably just makes a bunch of songs over the course of time, with different vibes, different collaborators. When he has a decent number of them, say 20 or 30, only then does he decide about the concept and, taking into consideration the current climate and doing something similar or, more probably, something totally opposite, he decides about the prevalent sound and/or genre, and the production, of course. I guess, even though those decisions seem to take place closer to the actual release, he has to do a bit of predicting in any case... We know it's a process for Adam, he probably changes his directions as to where the creative process takes him... In my head, I sometimes imagine him having amazing epiphanies... Just like with Trespassing, when he had one when he heard Daft Punk blasting through the speakers in the Burning Man... That's when he realised what he wanted it to sound like:) Parts of it at least:) I think Adam said one time, that it all boils down to a good song, the genre notwithstanding. For him, it takes a brilliant one, as it turned out. ( and I think he had brilliant ones on Trespassing, but they chose 'only' good ones as singles:)
I think that for A3 he needs to have something what I call an undeniable, massive hit, you know, the one you know is going to be one no matter who sings it. Which is not something I can say for Roar and Applause, but they're going to be ones, due to their respective singers. It's okay, I get that, but it doesn't mean I have to like it:)
I am happy to say that the Trespassing singles are still played here in huge food chain stores:)
Oh, I have to add this: although I think, I am sure, actually, that Adam is very aware of current trends and styles, or as that radio reporter said, 'he really is a fan of music', (like that is something atypical for a singer - and in today's music world I wouldn't be surprised if it was), he takes it as an inspiration and a starting point for creating something new and fresh, something authentic. That's what he did on Trespassing with the songs he created, and I really hope that he does that on A3 again.

Wow -- I expected to see Adam on a list of many -- the typical Idol list of successful past alums. But he is mentioned 3 times. And really not in a list. >> The third mention was in response to Shirley's question about Adam being considered as a judge. ETA: Can't wait until mys*&@^#r50 reads this. Ha, ha! I have been freaking out all morning but was just able to get on-line!! Ack!! Idol, why are you fuckin with my head!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I have always felt will.i.am was a prospect and not a certainty. And while JLo approval runs about 50/50 for Idol bloggers, entertainment sites and fans, I have seen nothing but negative reactions to Will. I do agree that they will want a person of color. But the thing that made me think, that Will wasn't certain, the most.... was when Randy's name suddenly popped up as "being involved in some capacity." Do I think Randy will judge again? No, that would be idiotic for so many reasons. But if Randy helped the kids choose songs & did song production, and they showed the process.... then that takes care of an Afro American. And Reilly did mention in some interview that they would be showing more backstage stuff. So, we'd have, Puerto Rican, White Country Aussie, Gay, and Randy doing whatever he is going to do. I am confused., myspenser...who would be your Gay judge?

Imagining me in the girls position is so hilarious that I really cried tears of laughter Adam would have another face expression - more like this. You took the words right out of my mouth!!! If I did what that girl did, Adam would look like----->

If this happened in Hamilton that means the real rowdies were Canadian!! so much for our reputation as polite nice little peeps. The first bra throw was in Vancouver.....hahaha.....I think his biggest audience of the GNT was in Montreal...hmmm...we have a few notable shows....so think how much fun it would be if he came to more Canadian cities!!!
