Tim Bergling @avicii
Amazing 3 days in the studio with @nilerodgers @adamlambert @mysteryskulls ! 3 brand new songs that are sounding insane ! Nile's "life changing" tweet and this one by Tim Bergling - "When it's love . . . " I think this is what Adam loves, career-wise, collaborating with people who have huge talent and who, I think, recognize that he has that, too. He loves collaborating with those talented people and producers. Pretty sure he takes all in and learn a lot from them, and these collabs will make Adam an even greater songwriter and musicians. Soon enough we will get his own songs at number 1 hit songs.

I would say, "no" That guy doesn't seem to have anything to o with the Nile and Avicii collabs Hmm, so is he talking about ANOTHER song? Have no idea what this guy is talking about. Adam, Nile, Avicii were on Long Island recording. And this guy and the studio are in NYC. Plus, this guy made it clear nothing was recorded yet. Maybe he wrote with Adam or maybe it is wishful thinking on his part.

A little tip for those who might be slightly anxious about Adam not having a label. Nile and Bowie wrote and recorded the "Let's Dance" album in 17 days at a point where neither of them had a record deal. They shopped the album around after it was done to find a label. Even back then it was possible to create a hit album without a label deal and in today's climate that may be even more possible due to multiple avenues for distribution. Macklemore & Lewis are independent with a distribution deal through a major I think. Adam is signed to Kobalt Music Publishing service and they are now providing label services to many of their artists so that is a possibility as well. At this point Adam has more freedom and control and may not want to give that up at this stage. He may be pretty flush money wise at this point as we have no idea what he brought in on the WAG tour not to mention the Chinese game endorsement deal, etc. If he gets to the point of needing funds he can do a Kickstarter. Amanda Palmer raised 1.2 million for her album through Kickstarter.
I think Adam may actually be better off at this point not rushing into another label contract at least until he is closer to finishing his album. I doubt he has much problem now connecting with people he might want to work with as he has earned a lot of respect withing the industry at this point.

I just finished a long day's work. Came over to ATop -- finally! Saw only 7 pages and thought, "Oh I guess there is nothing exciting today." And then I got to page 4!!!!!!!!! Tim Bergling @avicii Amazing 3 days in the studio with @nilerodgers @adamlambert @mysteryskulls ! 3 brand new songs that are sounding insane !***** When I was looking for an appropriate GIF for this tweet, I saw this one in my Photobucket album: I need a Melvin version of this! ETA: melliemom I most respectfully disagree but no one puts Adam in a niche -- that is what RCA tried to do -- big, big mistake. Nile recognizes Adam's talent and maybe can help him figure out how to commercially harness it. Avicii seemed very impressed with Adam and clearly likes him -- but who isn't? I think we are not on the same page with the Niche word..To me,in this instance, a group of artists like himself.. talented ,modest and giving.. I'm speaking of emotional & professsional maturity, not signing him up to a certain type of music or art..IMHO, He has not always been accepted by a sometimes self centered and not overly generous pop world.

I saw Lilybop's twitlonger about the making of LMD.
She has a mediafire link to listen to the radio interview where Nile says Adam was dropped by his label.
She doesn't list the source.
I know we had the link and talked about here.
Anyone please give me the original source link.

Plus, this guy made it clear nothing was recorded yet. Maybe he wrote with Adam or maybe it is wishful thinking on his part. Cary NoKey is a band, not a person. They are doing some interesting music -- very retro 80's/like neo-Talking Heads -- they played at Loolapalooza this year. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHeqmOu2LwwCary Nokey, the brainchild of producer 8-Bit, is unlike any other collaboration out today. Think futuristic ‘80s, David Bowie on acid, with catchy, carefree choruses, funky bass lines and a badass mashup of explosive electro-dance club. As a producer, 8-Bit has worked with an incredible line-up of artists spanning multiple genres, and now he’s joined forces with singer and performer Tibbie Young and DJ ValNTino to bring back magic, energy and excitement that has been missing from live shows today. The electronic-infused group played multiple aftershows at Lollapalooza, including the CK One Music Lounge at the Hard Rock Hotel, where we sat down with the group to discuss the EDM scene, the pulse of New York City and what the future holds for this particular genre. abeerwiththeband.com/lollapalooza-recap-a-beer-with-cary-nokey/From CaryNoKey Soundcloud page -- I could pass on these tracks but some of their live performance videos are pretty good: soundcloud.com/carynokeyThe Tweet makes it sound like Adam, Brooke and Cary NoKey (or maybe 8bit) were together at Smash Studios. Smash Studios @smashstudios @carynokey @adamlambert @brookesauce75 Great having you all here! Look forward to the next session! #carynokey #rocks #gamechanger Retweeted by Cary Nokey If anything is happening here, Adam is likely to respond or retweet this.
