I forgot to say this on the Roller Coaster Series , but I'm praying with all my heart for Adam to Host the MTV EMA's . (well I'm praying for lots of things , but this is on topic) Pray with me guys !! I'm in your church! I pray with you. |

Hi Adamme: yes I remember what you talk about. I don't remember his exact quote or what interview... but he said something that alluded to being turned on... maybe someone else will know more. Or maybe it was just how I perceived the comment - all in the perception sometimes, and then with the GB it just reinforced my perception. Or when Adam says he is turned on, my mind just goes to a sexual undertone, because that is what the term means to me... So who knows:-) Just my take on the subject... I just went through a lot of the interviews and Adam's comments after the AMAs -- not even a allusion from Adam about being "turned on." Just a lot of comments by women saying they were turned on. Adam said he was excited but only in the context of the big performance. So perhaps you took "excited" to mean something sexual but rewatch the Barbara Walters interview and it was not intended that way. |

So now at least Adam is not hanging out there all alone. The estimated Justin Timberland has come to Miley's defense.
And Robin Thicke, unlike his mother, said he had no problem with the performance. Unless he changes his mind again.

Oh, I love that Adam took up (pretty much) for Miley. Obviously he has that kind personality and supports other performers, but I love also that he has too much SELF-respect to NOT express himself when something matters to him. And that is also an aspect of his AMA AND GNT performances that I hope he always repeats.

Rush of adrenalin can affect a lot of thing, it definitely affecting his vocal that night and his performance. I wish Adam hadn't defended Miley, it wasn't like he was defending something noble, it was very trashy and it didn't make Adam look good when people were starting to forgive or at least put his AMA performance in the past. I've always thought that his AMA performance was the biggest set back to his career really taking off, not RCA, in my opinion. I think there are many that will never get past it. He's looking really good these days and has some great connections, his glamnation days will never pass with the top 40 group he wants to be a part of. I hope he continues the path he's been on the past year, if he does I see great things for him!

I am not a big Thicke fan right now (not 'cuz of that photo, if it is real) but because of the very vacuous and disingenuous comments I've heard him make regarding criticism of both his song's lyrics and his video prior to the VMAs. Not impressive. And now it does seem like he is rather disappointingly letting Miley twist in the wind.
