Personally, and this is only my opinion, I can't wait until Adam is too old to take pictures with his tongue hanging out. Ugh. Sick of looking at everyone's tongue.

I have been looking but not finding any posts on Fashion Police. Was there an Adam mention? (other than the tweets with our adorable and lovestruck Kelly)

That tweet you're referring to Kamar was something else . . . If you switch the pronouns to "she" and imagine it being sent to a famous lesbian celebrity from a man . . .
I think it's possible what Adam found "amazing" was how clueless and maybe offensive it was (albeit unintentionally). I don't know.
(I really hope he tweets you, too.)

Well I did not really even know who Macklemore was until I watched the posted video that made me cry. A hip hop artist that believes in gay marriage equality. Blessed be.

(other than the tweets with our adorable and lovestruck Kelly) They have not had the VMA review on Fashion Police yet. But surely Joan will not forget Adam -- and his amazing suit and shoes! ETA" AMW - It is even more amazing that Macklemore has been openly critical of hip hop and rap artists for their treatment of women and the unneeded vulgarity in music. AND he also mounted an effort to prove that you can be success and remain an independent and free artist. I would love Adam to get to know him and work with him. I honestly hope that Adam sees the new, alternative path that has been opened up and avoids a major label deal. JMHO YMMV. (In other words, I know that most Adam fans do not agree with me and want him to sign with some part of UMG but I am a "contrarian".) ETA #2: Urgggg just learned that Fashion Police did the VMAs last night and NO ADAM!! JOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAN! I am really disappointed.

I think I watched Fashion Police cover the VMA Awards last nite . . . ?
They liked Ciara's dress best, Rita Ora's least, and no mention of Adam or his very special shoes . . .

Q3, I really had no idea! Hip hop is not even close to a genre that I enjoy mostly because of the misogyny and homophobia, but also because I am more of a rock n roll/blues fan really. But hip hop is so popular because of the beat with so many young people, including my own kids. I've seen Rolling Stone mag really love Macklemore. Now I get it. Shine on, dude, shine on.
As far as what Adam does next, well I always hope for more rock n roll. It's just who I am. He looked amazing the other night! That suit.......

I agree that his reply was 100% sarcasm. Because he can't "forget about the dudes." ETA: Not a very good FP show, IMO. They only did one other guy besides the guest, Big Sean. Plus a couple (Robin & his wife). No other guys. :(

George tweeted Adam saying he loved how he looked. My guess is that they will have another wrap up on their regular Friday night show. I hope Adam gets a mention then when they have more time to do different segments.

As far as what Adam does next, well I always hope for more rock n roll. It's just who I am. He looked amazing the other night! That suit....... I think the popularity of one type of Hip Hop music has been so dominant that many people do not get to hear the range and diversity of Hip Hop music. There is also a large body of word that connects Word Art Artists to Rap/Hip Hop. There are also many, many social justice artists. Like Latino Hip-hop/Spoken Word artist Tomas Riley. And even some popular musicians do some very worthwhile work -- IMO Kanye's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" is a true work of art. I do not like everything Kanye does, and really do not like him as a person, but I respect his talent. With the exception of the #2 miss of the VMAs that THE FASHION POLICE did not include ADAM IN THE REPORT on the VMAs -- the #3 biggest miss of the VMAs post coverage is that no one really noticed Kanye's great performance. The #1 biggest miss of the VMAs is that it was in Brooklyn and they did not play even a sample of Biggie's music. Christopher George Wallace (1972-1997)— also known as “Notorious B.I.G.”....some of his music is about crime and violence...but then there is "Everyday Struggle": www.youtube.com/watch?v=rogvlB2SP4kThere is a ton of indie HH music -- Toro y Moi - "Day One" for example: youtu.be/ow_yVA82qTEWhile mainstream popular rock music has been sanitized into sweet love themes and laments -- like Maroon 5 (is this really rock music?), Hip Hop is still dealing with a lot of political content and is filled with innovation. I really hope that the success of "Harlem Shake" and even the shift or indie artists like Toro y Moi toward a more commercial sound will not signal a similar popization of Hip Hop music.
