I appreciate and enjoy the AMA reflective conversation. I see no harm in revisiting this subject from time to time. I love reading everyones memories and reactions. So interesting - not something to sweep under the rug as if it never happened. It's part of his career history now. Like when family gets together and reminisces. A lot of lurkers posted and I like to hear from them. It's all good.
As for his VMA presentation suit - I saw no reference to the AMA's in that choice. I think he just saw a purdy suit he liked and wore it. Just like the shoes - saw something he liked and wore. And the modified Melvin - soooooooooo gorgeous.

Thank you Adam for this wonderful pic from M&G in Warsaw - one of the best TOHT concerts ever!

No problem Kamar, I think we all like reminiscing! Many of us like reminiscing( just read the last page) I must say I breath a little sigh of relief when you check in each day. Same here! And thank you Kamar for bringing all the memories and comment on Adam's performance at AMAs here. I loved to read all of them and thank a lot to everyone that posted on Adamtopia their thoughts of it.

I must say that AMA conversation is very interesting to me because I wasn't Adam fan when it happened, but it was the very first time I heard about him. Even in Poland it was big story. When I became a fan I knew everything about this performace before I saw it and I was rather surprised that it wasn't as terrible as I expected - now I can read what you all felt when this happened, it's better than Wiki article, because there are strong emotions involved. I understand some things better now.

I understand some things better now. It was one of those moments in life where you remember where you were, what you were wearing and what you said. A tie into historical moments and I think as others have stated that this will go down as a pivotal ground making moment in the history of AFL and even the LGBT community.

I have a question about LMD. Is Adam the only one singing the part, "Lay me down in darkness, tell me what you see......"? Nile said in an interview that Prince sent some women he was working with over to the studio, and I think it was the same night Adam recorded the vocals. Are these women also singing this part on the track with Adam, or is it just him? I was one who had a hard time with the AMA performance, but I think hearing about how all of you felt was carthotic for me. Thank you mszue..."I am thrilled to see Adam come thru it so well and to know that we did indeed have his back. For all the trauma, it bonded him with all of us in a way that may not have happened otherwise. As Adam would say, "It's all good!" I only hear Adam on LMD, so either: - their vox are mixed quite faintly and drowned out in the "live" recordings - they recorded for a different song - Avicii left the vox out I think it's the second one personally, the chorus melody doesn't sound easy to harmonise/double

I can't wait till we get the real track and can hear his vocals clearly.
