@milestougeaux Perhaps. We sent it to his room as we were staying at the same hotel.Yikes. I suppose, Adam has developed a pretty good instinct for who is earnest in how they interact with him and who is just trying to buy their way in with him. This is quite stalkerish actually and shows what expectations were associated with the gift. And good for Adam, that he just ignored it. The fact that this woman is so tactless as to tweet Adam's father about her need or entitlement to receive a TY, just means that Adam's sense was spot on. Probably, the note she must have left with her gift, so that he could 'appropriately thank her', reeked of similar desperation. Adam is smart. Glad he knows how to handle crap like that - and Dadam too, btw. Its not like he signed up for that job, either. |

I agree that Adam should have gotten a VMA award for Outlaws of Love. Ironically he was the best dressed male and certainly one of the best vocalists in the room!! But glad at the very least he got to be a part of the night by presenting. Here's to 2014 being Adam's karma year where he gets rewarded for always complimenting other artists' work and putting out stellar music. He has paid his dues. Let the man sing at every awards show and on our darn radios so he can enjoy a bigger slice of the pie. As for Miley, my two cents is that we all go a little crazy. She's growing out of her Hannah Montana shell and the lyrics to her song and Robin's song were sexy. She has been in show biz for a long time and is still very young. I agree with Adam that the media needs to cut her some slack. She isn't the first (did u see GaGa) and she won't be the last to put on a sexy/raunchy show. Live and let live.  |
