Samuel Peter Acosta Larsen is an actor and singer. In American Idol Season 9 (2010) he made it to the Hollywood round but was cut. In 2011, he was the co-winner of the The Glee Project on the Oxygen network and currently has a recurring role on Glee as Joe Hart and appeared in 22 episodes in the third and fourth seasons. Samuel performs as a solo musician and as a member of the band "Bridges I Burn".

True is an experimental record that Avicii has clearly put a lot of time, effort, beats and collaborations into. The EDM revolutionist has not only added country into his tunes, but there are hints of soul, blues, reggae, hip-hop, R'n'B and pop throughout the ten tracks.
The LP contains a plethora of artists, all of whom who go unnamed surprisingly. Saying that, there are sound-a-likes of American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey and Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue.
Chic singer Nile Rodgers worked with Tim and Adam Lambert on Lay Me Down in which the Good Times legend's distinctive sound can't be mistaken. Other contributors include Aloe Blacc, Joakim Berg, Audra Mae and Incubus’ Mike Einziger.

The word: "I didn't want [previous hit] 'Levels' to identify me. In a sense, it's just a song, and I've always produced a lot of music, so I wanted to do something really different," he told MTV News. "I really wanted to make sure to do something different [with 'Wake Me Up'] than what anyone else is doing."
How Did 'Levels' Influence Avicii's Latest Track?

Hear this: Strummy countronica single "Wake Me Up," featuring vocals from Aloe Blacc and guitar from Incubus' Mike Einziger, has hit #1 in 47 countries and given the Swedish producer one of his biggest hits to date.

Key players: Daft Punk collaborator and guitarist Nile Rodgers and vocals from country icon Mac Davis, Imagine Dragons singer Dan Reynolds and Adam Lambert.

Facts: Avicii has said he's trying to shake things up in the EDM world by bringing in some bluegrass and country influences on the album.

September 16, 2013 Avicii's album ‘True’ is scheduled to be released -- "Lay Me Down" goes on sale.

September 26, 2013 Glee Season 5 premieres on on FOX. No word on when Adam will appear but seems likely that he will be a part of the Fall Season.
