Rumors are going around that Dutch actress Carice van Houten(Games of Thrones) is top choice for hosting the MTV EMAs. Also in the running is Nick Jonas and Victoria Justice. I'm not sure how the rumor of Adam hosting the EMA started but I remembered reading about him presenting. Maybe the rumor actually turned out that he was presenting at the VMA instead. I was not aware Eminem had put Adam in one of his songs...That has nothing to do with the reason I don't like his music...at least his old music, maybe it's not so violent now. But this article my Eminem himself describing his music himself pretty much says it all for me. Well, I can't get it to post but if you google Eminem you'll find this article. Interesting... I went on a ski trip once with a lot of college age people. I was really out of my element as I was older. I figured I could hold my own on the ski slopes and didn't think much beyond that. Little did I realize that a ski trip with that age group meant major partying after a day on the slopes. In any case, the organizers had brought in a few rap groups for the evening. I'm thinking, "oh, great (not)". I wandered down to the club to see what was going on and ended up staying most of the evening (much to my surprise). The beats were great, head-bobbable, a way to stand, listen, dance solo. It peaked my interest in a genre I had not paid much attention to beforehand. So, I started listening. I like Eminmen (could never spell his name). I particularly like when he mixes music from other genres with his own. Try out Sing for the Moment if you haven't really listened to him before.

Well, I wonder if scolding a bunch of fans for not understanding Eminem is the way to go. Oh well, I have nothing against him. All my kids liked him and his music is infectious. Live and let live, I say.

Really? Almost everyone on my feed loves Eminem (although not me lol) so your opinion was not unpopular at all. Expressing an honest opinion on twitter is always a risk. Sometimes I do and sometimes I wimp out. Don't let it bother you even a little bit!
