Some serious berting going on here: guardianlv.com/2013/09/adam-lambert-idol-star-continues-to-shine/It's as if the media all of a sudden had woken up out of a hundred , nope four year old sleep. Better late than never. Glad they are finally joining. Question: Do the Grammy's award live performances? I looked at some of their categories ie. Best rock vocal performance, but if you click on it, it says that it is for a specific track or single. Just don't know enough about award shows to know. Thanks Btw, this year the Grammys are held in January, rather than February. Nah I think the Grammy's only Recognise the studio recording's not live recordings. And I think the cut off periord when labels can submit music is September 30th, obviousley LMD won't be a single before then, unless Avicii releases it before then, and seeing Adam has no new music out right now, Adam well prob have to wait till the 2015 Grammy's.

lol Linduh scorpiobert 17mBest comment ever! left for N M E pic.twitter.com/dKGE15Mhyj What is the deal with N M E? NO ONE else has put Nate forward as the frontman and buried Adam in the text with an Oh Yeah Adam Lambert also sang WWRY and WATC. Are they Adam haters? I am NOT clutching pearls on this! I think it is so absurd as to be laughable but I am curious about the history. I do not believe NME was ever a Freddie fan. NME's Nick Kent called their shows "a bucket of urine". In 1974 NME reported: "Freddie Mercury's a pretty regular guy. He uses regular Biba black nail varnish, regular black eye liner, and straightens his hair with regular electric tongs. You get the idea that he's bored with being told that Queen are going to be big - he reckons he's a star now, and wears that star apparent attitude like a well-fitted pair of trousers. Freddie's not bent, just camp. Ask him if he's queer and he'll turn round and say: 'I'm gay as a daffodil, dear.' He has a habit of saying 'dear; at the end of every sentence. Drummer Roger Taylor expounds, 'Freddie's just his natural self: just a poof , really.'"
Here is a reprint of an article from 1977 which is not friendly. thequietus.com/articles/03351-classic-interview-with-freddie-mercury-and-queen-from-nme-1977 One choice bit: "My recent report of the Hamburg concert on their European tour had predictably not been received warmly in the Queen camp. And Mercury had taken exception to being described as a "rock 'n' roll spiv" who used the band "as a vehicle for an elaborate exhibition of narcissism". The basis of my criticism was that more importance was afforded their visual, than their musical presentation. And, simply, Mercury had led them over the top with his self-indulgence, to the detriment of the group performance."The whole thing got worse over the Sun City concert. In 1984 Queen broke a United Nations cultural boycott by performing a series of shows at Sun City in Bophuthatswana, a homeland of (then) apartheid South Africa. Queen was placed on a United Nations list of artists who broke the boycott. They were criticized by many in the press and many fans in the US and UK in particular. One of the most vocal critics was NME. As far as I can tell, NME has always been critical of Queen and has not covered them properly. So just add Adam to the list of people they do not cover properly.

Adam and Queen should just cut a recording of WWTLF/CLTCL.

He sings "I consider it a challenge before the whole human race and I ain't gonna lose". Those are the original lyrics. Sorry, but no mystery to solve.

On the subject of Adam's role on "Glee", there's just something about the "Starchild" name that made me think, "I've heard that name somewhere before". Looking at a gay blog brought it back. Steve Grand, the gay country star, who had a big viral hit with his youtube video, "All American Boy", used to be known as "Steve Starchild", aspiring pop covers singer, before "going country". Here he is doing a Gaga song. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHQ-euh1GS8Maybe one of the "Glee" writers thought gay singer doing Gaga = "Starchild". I hope more thought went into naming Adam's character than that.
