You guys know that for me the best singer, not counting Adam, is Elvis Presley. I love music but before Adam he was the only one who could melt me from the inside out. Glad to see someone mentioned Eva Cassidy. She was incredible. I totally agree. Elvis was the very first for me and I was fortunate enough to see him in concert in both 1957 and 1970 in Portland. I didn't remember much about the 1957 show because I was too young and was dragged to Multnomah Stadium by my older sis. All I remember was this little spec on 2nd base and a lot of people screaming. It was the same years later. People just loved him. I see a lot of Elvis in Adam. |
