Can't choose just one so here's my list - Robert Plant, Rob Halford, Paul Rodgers (for his own music, not with Queen), Freddie Mercury, Ann Wilson, Ronnie James Dio, Aretha Franklin. I agree with Lilly that Geoff Tate is great too.
