Why does everyone assume that Elliott Gilbert is going to be a bookish and bespectacled character? Just because of the name Elliott? Elliott Gould and Elliott Spitzer don't come across as prim and reserved. Because Glee is not known for subtlety, and will probably go for a tried and true cliche? No one knows anything, of course, but it's fun to speculate...and if one were to create a bookish name. Elliot Gilbert is pretty good! ETA: I hope that doesn't come across as snarky. I've had a hellish evening and need a drink. (sullen 12 year old + 2 hours of overdue homework that he "forgot" + buckets of attitude.... God help me when he's a real teenager...) Bless you, mother of a tween. I teach them, but I have never wanted to "own" one. :-S

I guess because of Elliots I know in real life.

Oh, I didn't take it as snarky, so don't worry! I'm not that familiar with Glee, having watched only about half a dozen episodes since it first came on the air--and two of them were this season's, so I could catch up before Adam came on--and I appreciate the explanation. Sit down, relax, and have that drink! It sounds as if you deserve a break! Hopefully your son is just going through a preadolescent phase and will settle into his new hormones quickly.

The other day, I remember someone here saying they wanted to see Adam twerk. Well, haven't we seen it a bit? Take a look at the first two dances on this video, which is a compilation of dances from GNT with Brooke. I love this vid. Thank you for bringing it here Holst!

Tunnel just seemed kind of long sometimes. Yep, a very long tunnel. Just this past weekend at my son's meet, I heard more mothers complaining about their kids' attitudes. It is rampant. Congrats kamar and Glampoon on your shared win!!!!!!!!!!!!you young uns have quite the imaginations. That Freddie and MontseratCabale vid was quite good. His voice was gritty(in a good way) and her voice was pleasant. I don't usually like female opera singer voices, but appreciate male tenors. Freddie appears to be a baritone.
