Nile Rodgers, the legendary musician, producer and songwriter will play with his band, Chic, on a special edition of The X Factor on Saturday 2nd November on ITV.
Nile Rodgers and Chic will perform a medley of three of the band's biggest hits, with Rodgers playing his priceless 1959 Fender Stratocaster, known as 'The Hit Maker' - so called - because it has played on massive hit albums by artists including Madonna, David Bowie, Diana Ross and most recently Daft Punk, who enjoyed their first No.1 single and album this year, thanks to Rodger's creative touch.
