I am still wondering why Ellen has Adam on her show twice while Adam has nothing major to promote at the moment. First I thought it might be because of his appearance on Glee, but they didn't really talk about it. Is it just because Ellen and Adam has good relationship?

I am still wondering why Ellen has Adam on her show twice while Adam has nothing major to promote at the moment. First I thought it might be because of his appearance on Glee, but they didn't really talk about it. Is it just because Ellen and Adam has good relationship? Both were taped on the same day. The first appearance was to promote Glee. The second was to talk about music -- and to start the promo cycle for A3/new music. I think it was Adam's management's decision to make sure that there is a music message out there along with the Glee message. And I am sure the fact that he has been an entertaining Ellen guest in the past helped. ETA: Whatever the reason, two Adam DJ slots is betterer than one. |

Was that it on Elllen? The little clip that was posted a couple of pages back? I actually attempted to watch the show in real time. I did see that small part, but did not think I could endure the show to catch any more of Adam. I like Ellen, but I have gotten to a point in my life where I just can't watch these kinds of shows. If there is an interesting interview then it will be posted online. Watching grown women scream over a $500 gift card or grovel on the floor to scrape up cash is unsettling to me.
The whole guest dj thing is weird. I do not believe he is actually doing anything but standing there and pretending to play music. It is great to see him on TV and on such a popular show (watched primarily by middle and older age females), but it is just weird to me.
Do you think he will ever have an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon? I would love that! (even though truthfully i don't watch that show either, haha) It is just a different target audience. This makes me wonder how Adam is being positioned for era three or is it still too early?
Anyway I love that Adam's fandom always whittles it down to the good parts and I don't HAVE to endure watching an entire show or take up dvr space!
