I'm not very original, so in desperation to quickly join the board, I took my name from my critters. I'd just lost my Rosie & had just fostered Lacey (I later adopted her). Thus: laceyrose.
(Someone mentioned not being able to work in the next pet's name: Amber, whom I fostered and lost after only 2 yrs, is remembered in other password accounts.)

OT The DOI show is starting. Four pairs left in the contest. Sauli will skate 2nd and 6th (my guess 20 and 50 mins into the show). Rating at home (during his performances only) here doi.nelonen.fi/I'll post in the shout box some live comments on the show. |

I'm the least creative person, can't think of a fun name, so my name is my initial. I added _pf to identify I was a member from Planet Fierce (our previous home) when I happily found our new home, Atop. Thanks to Q3.

Marel is a combination of my first and second names. Lots of cats over the years but too confusing to remember which combination of pets I signed up with.
I'd like to thank AFL and you all for keeping me. Involved. I fell two weeks ago and now have a new hip - sitting with nursing care and blasting MTN!
Glad I went to LV but I 'll be ready to dance again!

I finally get to tell a story about someone rediscovering Adam. I went out for dinner last night with a friend and mentioned how I had fun that day spending some time making a DVD for my brother--an AL DVD. Wasn't going to dwell on the topic, but it did give me a chance to "out" myself a bit by saying my brother was interested but doesn't do computers. Her response was "loved him on AI." But didn't know anything more than that, and, as it turns out, only saw a few AI performances. I jokingly said I have a couple extra DVDs that I made from my brother, so she came over to my house and we watched all the AI performances and judges comments. It was a riot--for me. She "oo'd" and "aw'd" in all the right places. She immediately remarked about how he thanked the musicians, how he's got the whole package--singing, fashion, stage presence--just minutes before Paula said the same thing about him marrying fashion, etc. Then she was worried that she was keeping me up too late, "but it is so good." I'm so glad to have someone to share this with. I was having a great time just seeing her reaction. We'll do the next DVD later, which is from the end of Idol to the AMA's. I also have the Kiev Queen concert. It will give us something fun to do together, instead of me sending her links. I'm in the middle of working on the next one, which is the FYE Era. So much stuff. I have most of my favorite performances and interviews downloaded to my computer. However, I went to my iTunes to get the 3 official videos for the singles and couldn't find a trace of them. I bought them and don't know where they went. I've had to change computers a few times and had some struggles with my backup for iTunes, so they must have disappeared that way. Now I can't even find FYE, WWFM, and IIHY videos on the iTunes Store. I downloaded the Vevo versions, but the quality is not the best. Anyone know how I can get the original good quality ones?Hi. I just went into the ITunes store and all of Adam's videos are there. I'm on my iPhone -- I searched for Adam, clicked on music videos and they all came up. So, just want to reassure you that none of Adam's work has been removed from ITunes. Thanks!!! I didn't scroll down enough during my search. I was very flummuxed. |
